Tiranoi.4506 Posted March 2, 2022 Share Posted March 2, 2022 I've unlocked and purchased the Depth Charges mastery for my skiff, but there is no option to use them. From what I've been told by my guildmates, I should have a skill for it on my skill bar but it's not present: the only skills I have are the three different speed settings, Toggle Anchor and Angler's Sense. I thought it might be a passive skill so I took my skiff to an area with Naga, where they proceeded to kill my skiff w/o any depth charge ever dropping, so NOT a passive skill. However you can use Speed Boost by pressing 5, even without the required mastery (its not visible on the bar but can be used). I guess it is quite possible that the masteries are swapped. MarkMiniMong.5314 Posted March 3, 2022 Share Posted March 3, 2022 (edited) Yeah it didn't unlock for me either, probably because I already had Tier 2 - Depth Charges unlocked before the patch? Maybe it's only fixed for players who didn't have it unlocked. Anyway, unlocking Tier 3 - Speed Boost - (after patch) gave me both of the abilities. I just tested the Depth Charge skill on several maps as I did not see the skill available when I logged in after the most recent patch. What I discovered is that the Depth Charge skill does now work/exist, but ONLY in the Canthan maps. I tested for the appearance of the skill in Seitung Province (appeared) and Isle of Reflection (appeared), then Bloodtide Coast (did not appear) and Gilded Hollow (did not appear).
