Alac mirage nerfed due to being 10 targets, changed to 5 in EoD, zero compensation given

Can you unnerf the alacrity uptime now so the spec doesn't feel like utter trash to give alacrity on? Alacrity mech gives a million boons, heals, and doesn't feel terrible to play.

Being a buffer shouldn't be such an annoying unfun headache, and you realized that with some of the EoD specs.

Yeah, a slight boost to Alacrity Mirage would have helped now that it's 5 man.

The baseline duration of Alacrity is 2.5 seconds. It can be boosted to 3.5 maybe? Also, maybe add regen so there is justification for going Inspiration as well if one desires. It also solves Alac Mirage's overreliance on someone providing regen due to Chaotic Persistence trait (you get concentration and expertise when under effect of regen).

Time Warp's quickness duration got nerfs when it was buffed to applying to 10 people.  Now that it's back to 5 people, is that duration going to be refunded? 

Of course not but it's still bull kitten.

There will be no compensation if you consider the amount of might and damage you bring with the ambush. That skill is overloaded imo 

The SoI nerf and timewarp nerf are another story though.

Time warp literally got SoH treatment with the CD increase then functionality nerf without compensation. That makes it 2 of 3 base mesmer elite having same issue 😑

You got a new stat spread called ritualist. Condi damage expertise vitality and concentration. A boon support build shouldn't be able to sit in full vipers.

I mean the gear itself does not matter, the numbers you pull matters. Alac Mirage damage numbers are good, but compared to classes like quickness Harbinger or quickness Catalyst and some other boon classes, it's the same numbers. They might not be in full vipers, but they have comparable damage and that's what matters. Alac mirage is forced to equip two staffs, which reduces damage potential significantly.

Besides it's the class feature that allows this. You get 250 concentration when you have regen. Without this, it would be impossible to provide alacrity in vipers gear. So it locks you into a traitline. You also need Vigor. In some content, you have to self provide these, which forces you to not take some good damage traits.

the difference is alac-mirage is also decent dps.
