Thanks! If it is in PvP, likely won't garner action for the whispers. Might if the name is truly vulgar. Thanks! Judging by the number of posts over the years complaining about being banned from the game for a time, ArenaNet does, in fact, act on in-game reports. You're unlikely to ever know if they do with your specific report, but it's worth using the function.
