Recharging TP to Friend Recharge is too long (gripes about other CD's as well)

Pretty sure it's designed around preventing AFK / bot farming abuse. If the timer counted down while you were on another character, you could buy a bunch of character slots and sequentially teleport each to various farming locations. Even with the recharge time, it is very much a sleeper hit that is amazing for co-op with a friend. I just keep a stack of the consumable teleport to friends next to the recharging one for when I need multiple "quick" teleports.

Personally I don't mind the 1 hour cd. What I do *hate* however is the fact that the cooldown is frozen when you're logged out -.-

I would have been more likely to buy it if the cooldown was 15 minutes. I would have bought it, even with the one hour cooldown, if the cooldown counted down while I was logged off.
