Why am I not getting any Fire Orchid seeds?

I am on Sprouting the Druid Stone. I can't get any seeds. I have tried for 4 days in a row, farmed the entire map. Is it supposed to be like this?

Since it's been many years, I don't recall the details -- but according to the Wiki you shouldn't have any trouble gathering those seeds once the achievement has been unlocked.

Perhaps this belongs in the Bugs section of these forums?

I'm still getting the seeds (after having completed the full backpack), so they certainly do drop, but I'm not sure the frequency.  So either it is some bug (it doesn't think you have progressed far enough), or you are incredibly unlucky.

Ugh.  I throw them away every time I gather in my Home Instance.  Would give you a stack (I have a few) if I could.

At least the seeds can be converted into fire orchid blossoms at a vendor in Draconis Mons, and the blossoms then converted to unstable magic if you have no better purpose (though would perhaps be nice if there was a shortcut to just do that directly, only getting 1/5 the magic as the flower, since it takes 5 seeds to get a flower)

Better than some of the IBS map items which have no use after making the items that need them or buying the different things that vendors supply.

Yea you can only plant them once they will continue to grow daily.

The other seeds you get you can trade 5 for 1 map material at the vendur of said map.
