Kinetic accelerators affect heal skill, it’s toolbelt, and elix u’s toolbelt…. Along with wells. They must have known that this would be a controversial move from day one, but perhaps didn’t realise just quite HOW strongly people felt about it. Thank you for listening to us. Atleast 10% Nah, we don't need it. 5% is in-line with Untamed's 5% healing, and theirs is a major trait (Which they'd never take over Fervent Force) rather than a minor trait like ours. They're giving back the Vitality, so that's more than enough. Permanent 5% lifesteal is good. And the Vitality buff is ALSO a max barrier buff.
