This is an absolute non-answer. Since this is Daredevil we're talking about perhaps on dodge. One may be tempted to say "well why not put in Acrobatics", but all your damage modifers are in Deadly Arts, Critical Strikes or Trickery's Lead Attacks, giving those away puts you back at 30k DPS at golem and that feels bad. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Self-buffing in raids in entirely useless in this game though. And OP did ask for PvE only so... where would having that quickness even matter? Open world solo questing is not a consideration when doing game balance though. You can easily just curpstomp the entire "story content" this game has to offer and then some with whatever build you have.
