Disconnecting every few seconds..

Recommended Posts

My internet seems fine(did a few line testing at my end).

Are the Anet servers acting up?

Is this connected to PVP Gear spamming my old characters?

Can't stay connected long enough to enter PVP to reslot my gear.

EDIT:

Lion's Arch and PVP Lobby is where i got DC'ed only. I moved all my chars to sit at their home cities and was able to stay connected.

Also I don't use any addons.

My main still has not DC'ed and he squats in Mistlock Sanct.

Well playing since i posted first in the thread so its not on Anets side.

Have you guys tried repairing your clients?

I fail to see how repairing the client does anything. I'm able to connect and run the game. Network issues kick me out.

Logged in this morning and yep...dc...dc....dc. Everything was fine last night. Internet is fine, other games are fine, this is not a problem on our end.

Definitely seems to an issue in PvP lobby. Not sure about PvE hubs yet.

Edit...only having the issue in pvp for me.

i got 7 disconnects in 10 minutes.
lol these quotes "dont use add ons"
and "repair client"
imagine 200 people having disconnet issues
and some forum post farmers send u to format your whole computer
as "constructive feedback"

there is issue with gw2servers
please dont mislead people to waste hours fixing something that is not broken.
(their computer and connection is not broken)

ingame almost everybody already knows
lets NOT act as if the problem is NOT on arenanet s side
and it is OK if they have problems, maybe they had some emergency problem
just DONT send people to mess with their own computer
the purpose of the post is to protect people FROM harming their computer
trying to fix the problem while it is NOT user problem
i thank you all the veterans that actually give good advices to help
they give good advices. thank you
