Defensive and offensive new rewards

It seems 100% wvw celebration bonus does not work with defensive and offensive WvW experience flasks. It counts only 250 each, while with 100% Wxp gain from celebration bonus it should be 500 Wxp each?

None of the consumable stuff does. Although weirdly, i did get bonus xp opening some WvW boxes from the HoT converter. It was on a LW map with the bonus XP map upgrade active. I wonder if you can get it by opening the bouncy chest in one of those maps. And i wonder whether there's any way that could be worth the effort...

I am pretty sure it is by design as the WXP comes from bonus chests. Their implementation reduces the disparity between booster users and non-booster users.

I am pretty sure this is by design and wont be corrected.

 

The consumables also rarely drop from players and have not been affected by wxp boosters for years.

The instant-consumable WXP has never been affected by WXP boosters AFAIK.  Not sure why you think it should be changed.  Consuming WvW potions that progress reward tracks aren't affected by reward track boosters either.
