Probly he gonna kill Scrapper quickness in PvE too in order to put his Cata as strongest quickness either. Cata is gonna need more energy to upkeep quickness now too soo, no favours really done there much like the alac being split with tempest. It absolutely didn't :S HAM's greatest weakness imo is (burst) healing non-stacked folks. Now it's gonna be made even worse.
