Will there be a Movement Speed Relic?

Or just had a new upgraded Jadebot Core with personalized stat distrubition.

But like every other expansion, the next one seemingly forgets what came before it.

No, because we don't even have a clue if the rune rework would add any stat at all. 

They could as well simply redistribute the stats on the whole set. 

The point of the change is to separate the stats from the specific effect to allow more versatility. 

Example : imagine there is a cool effect on a rune but the stats are toughness, then you may not want it because you don't need toughness and it may messed up with the tanking in raid, for exemple. Now, with this system, you could have power stat (or condition, or any stat) and the desired effect.

With the first release on August 22, the sixth tier of each rune set will instead complete the stat bonuses associated with that rune set, and the additional special effects or conditional bonuses will be removed entirely.
