Shagie.7612
If you cast Rite of the Great Dwarf and immediately cancel it (stow, weapon dodge), you can't use any other actions until the cast bar would have finished Real lame when you wanna use it as a stunbreak and then use a block or evade or something. Even worse if you happen to have Slow on you. Doesn't happen to other stunbreak skills as far as I'm aware, but most of their casts would have been over before the dodge animation ends, so hard to compare it to others like Pain Absorption. No idea if it's a longstanding bug or intended but it's a pretty big bummer. Hitting that full channel is sometimes not worth for the buff over the damage you could instead avoid entirely.

Za Shaloc.3908
Wait this is possibly a bug? I have had this happen to me for years and assumed it was just me misplaying and fat fingering my keys. Most times I could have sworn I was spamming the hell out of my stow keybind but never deeply questioned it. It would make so much sense if it was a bug. Shao.7236
It's a bug given the circumstances. I don't think there is anything to justify it.
Shagie.7612
Very few stunbreaks have a cast bar that long, but I checked with Bandit's Defense (daredevil, 1.5s cast/channel stunbreaker) and you can immediately stow/roll it and use a skill, so I assume it's just a bug with the Jalis Elite specifically.
