Chyro.1462 Posted August 23, 2023 Share Posted August 23, 2023 Pretty much as soon as the story takes you to the new map, like when you're out of the story instance. Talk to the norn guy from the story and do his dialogue and the weapons are unlocked account wide. Quite simple. I was playing through until i got inside the wizard's tower, not knowing I had unlocked it from the start of the xpac. There was no sign of it... and I must have missed/skipped some of the text. Pis and torch(for NECRO) are condi weapons build they wont work in pow build since pow builds are focused on power and crit. They work on celestial thow..
