Unaddressed classes bugs

I don't know a single person who isn't curious about the reason why this keeps happening. What is the root cause? Several fairly significant patches have been released, and none of them contained fixes, only class nerfs.

I tried multiple times to communicate with Rubi on the engineers' forum, hoping she would inform us about the mechanist's toolbelt bug. I received no response from her, but she did respond to another user praising a rather mediocre expansion, which used already-existing in-game assets and brought nothing new. I reported this bug, created tickets, and was always told that they are "working on it very diligently." I have reported bugs for the Thief class numerous times, especially about the inability to mark many types of targets with Deadeye's Mark. Every time, I was told that "a lot of specialists from our team are working on it."

How flawed must the game engine code be that after 9 months, you haven't fixed the toolbelt? Why can't you simply tell us, the players - "Sorry, we don't want to focus on such things because we have other tasks"? There are literally hundreds of bugs. Critical bugs. And I'm not even talking about minor issues like the 51/49 for the Revenant and many other small glitches. Joel Helmich's post from 8 years ago, where he wrote an extensive wall of text about "no valid path to target" - instead of revamping the pathfinding (which currently malfunctions on a flat surface made of just three polygons), he explains why it's so flawed. Do you realize the absurdity of the situation?

This game is paradoxical. On one hand, it has given me a lot of very positive experiences. On the other, it's the buggiest game I've ever played in my life (compared to GW2, Cyberpunk was a perfectly polished game at launch), and you don't seem to care. Another patch, and 0 class fixes. Zero! Can you explain the reason why you don't want to address these issues? I'm not asking you to remove a some class mechanic because I don't like it, or because I don't want another class to have an advantage over mine, nor am I asking for a buff or nerf. I'm asking you to answer this question, if not for the community, then at least for yourselves - why do you seem to hate your game so much?

Two of them are completely obliterating my enjoyment of builds I'd really like to use, and will spread to ruin Thief's next new weapon for these builds if not fixed. Rubi even replied to one but Weaponmaster system released anyways without fixing it. 😥

Well I consider all those unexplained features.

aimed to do... what exactly? all those "features" you listed are clunky at best, and in case of op, its just an inconsistent, unexplained behaviour of an unexplained system. none of it has a backing of good reasons, or any reasons besides laziness.

how many years did it take for necros to get undead shark?

proving it was not exactly a feature, but an oversight.

I've also posted a bug review on vindicator, which has had bugs since the beta but still hasn't been fixed, for example problems with the 3 GS, aquatic dodge, slowdown on stairs like the WvW red map (even though it's been compensated for by a shorter dodge) and the hammer 2, which is more than a pain with the space between the character and the start of the zone. The first that comes to mind. Problems with the ground and the renegat to set the zones.

Speaking of WvW, if certain skills could stop attacking supply, that would be nice. This problem has been around for a long time, maybe even since gw2 was released.

Anet: Bad pathfinding? Cool, *nerfs Soulbeast*

Semi-kidding aside, since EoD release, every new ranger pet has a freeze bug that has at least 6 months lag time on getting fixed--and its gamebreaking to where the pet will freeze for 2-3 seconds on swap and respond to no commands.

Also, in WvW, SWC and NWC are undefeated champions of 'obstructed' on alpine---and they are mostly flat terrain.

They have enough artists and such and apparently employed an economist once--they really need an engineer or two that understands pathing in a 3D environment.
