no not realy , while that is an issue.

It is same for zerker vs zerker.

To much block, invulnerabilety etc on too low cds.

EoD Specs, Rune rework, and Relics have added a lot of sustain to the game for sure.

Blocks and invuln spam on zerk builds are not as big an issue as sustain and damage reduction in WvW, to be honest. I think only Defense Bladesworn and maybe Virtuoso should be looked at. Both of these EoD specs can attack while they have their defensives up and hit you with unblockable bursts which makes them pretty degen. As someone who has had a lot of experience playing and fighting Bladesworn the Shield Master interaction with Aegis is pure kitten to fight against. Any projectile attack will be reflected and most of your melee attacks will be blocked by Aegis. When you think about it, there's no way you can win given that most of your skills will be blocked/reflected and any damage that gets through will be tanked by barrier or simply out-healed.

It is an question of hp vs h.p (hit points vs healing power) as well as boon duration if there no one shot then hp is pointless and h.p is unbeliever strong. If there are few means of dealing with boons (just boon strip and crouption) then boon duration is very strong as well.

There should be one shot effects in wvw BUT they need to cost that player every thing. So no getting out with take 0 dmg effects or invaibtly or even stealths/blinks/evasion (most one shot builds have too many outs which makes them op.)

There also needs to be out side of boon strip/ croupion to deal with boons even if its just -% boon duration or ways to do more dmg vs ppl with boons OUT SIDE OF THE CLASSES THAT ALREADY HAVE BOON HATE (why would you put more dmg vs boons on classes who have boon strip its an hat on an hat that gets weeker because of the first hat .)

That and maybe its time to make boons hp gated or hit gated once you hit an hp low or high boons start to fall off or if your hit by an set number of attks boon simply fall off. Barrier may need to work the same way though it would be base off of each stack of barrier applied not over all barrier you have. Over all boon strip is too important to countering sustain and def if anet only going to keep the effects on a very few classes and set up.
