Inculpatus cedo.9234
Do you mean in 'Manage Followed Content'? There is no Blog to follow option at this time.
TheQuickFox.3826
I don't have any blog functions at my profile page. Some may write a small blog at their GW2 Wiki user page but that is entirely separate from the forums.

You don't; Blogs, Events, Articles, Downloads, and Store product reviews are all features built into the Invision community forum platform, which this site in built on, but aren't enabled on this particular website.

Inculpatus cedo.9234
Again, almost all those options are not enabled in the software; even though they are options that could be if ArenaNet wanted them available. You will find 'There's nothing here yet' when you click on most of the options. 🤷♀️
Danikat.8537
Like most companies Anet use 3rd party software for the forum instead of creating their own (they did make their own forum software back in 2012, it was very limited and apparently got impractical to maintain). Currently they're using Invision Community which includes a lot of things beyond just a forum. Anet haven't enabled all those functions, but it looks like it's not possible to hide them entirely so the headings still appear in your profile, they just don't do anything. (It's possibly a form of advertising; Invision are hoping their customers, like Anet, will get their users asking why they can't use all those extra functions and so will be tempted to pay for an upgrade since there's demand for it.)
Nash.2681
Thinking about a certain user, activating the blog function would be a blessing for this forum... 2
