Question, in open world PVE most mobs have no boons. Am I correct that the six piece set is an effortless seven percent damage?

flame legion is easier for some classes

Scholar is still far better rune set, it gives Power, ferocity(6.6%critical damage) and 10% damage bonus while ur health is +90%

That is what got me wondering about spellbreaker, how often that 10 percent is up verse a constant 7 percent when soloing.

Depends how good you are ^^ for pve mobs its always on coz they die so fast. Longer battles it depends how good you and ur healer are.

Also that precision from those runes is wasted recourse. In group content ur capped anyway so ferocity is lot better. Ferocity from scholar runes is 6.6% More critical damage

Only reason to get those runes over scholar is that ur not doing any group content and ur not that good to avoid damage. (Still dps loss)
