Lily of Elon: the closed casino backdoor needs to open

Everytime I want to enter Amnoon from the V.I.P. area, I have to use the Springer to hop over the casino. However, there is a direct path leading from the V.I.P. area to a backdoor into the building.

That door needs to grant you access, it's useless to have it there but not being operable. What's the point?

I wonder if that door actually leads into the casino. Just because it should architecturally doesn't mean the game recognizes it as an entrance that happens to be closed. I remember a time in Fallout 4 where a locked "door" was leading straight to the rest of the settlement, so I scrapped the door. I figured it went to the other side, but the game wasn't designed to work like that. It wasn't a door. It opened into a white void.

There is a door crack, you can definitely spot a lit room behind it.

It should definitely be open, at least to people with the VIP pass. As it is, you either have to do a big detour or bunny your way onto the buildings to get from the ship into town, and that's pretty inconvenient.
