I know every class gets a heal but what class heals themselves the best with skills other then the healing skill?

This isnt so easy since it heavily depend on the build and gear and mode. Some heals scale a ton better with healing power, others not so much. In terms of simplicity while maintaining glassier gear, the passive hp regen on the warrior prolly wins. But really, the others wont be far behind. Hell even a thief can spec to regen like 30% hp in a rapid fire volley, no need to ever touch the heal button. And then we complicate matters with things like the necro, since the shroud is effectivly a quickly regenerating "heal".

So the answer is pretty much all of them.

Ele can do quite fine. Pick a tempest auramancer build with lots of healing power and spam water spells. But healing mostly depends on your build rather than your profession/class. Things to look for are healing power, boons applied and boon duration. Of course, spending points in healing power will reduce the potentially available points for offense, so you will need to make a tradeoff here.

I like to play Elementalist with Celestial stats, which gives you a bit of everything. But most players will prefer more focussed, pure DPS or pure healing builds.
