Nope, highest accesible point on map has always been Mordremoth tree in Dragon Stand. The tree where he dies. Edit: Other mentions that could rival it would be probably giant trees in Bitterfrost Frontier and SotO buildings like Wizard tower or Bastion in the middle in Amnytas.
