It is the only trait i know which results in a bad outcome for you if other players support you. If anyone refills your endurance you need to deplete it again. Needing to dodge to keep the damage is not the problem. The problem is that other players can interfere and refill it, even if you don't want to. I would just reverse it. Gain bonus damage and condition damage the more endurance you have. Or remove it and add a condition enhancing option.
