How did damage get reduced by 30% and sustain almost aswell, but condi damage remains the same.

Condi was reduced mostly in stacks, in exchange of longer duration so the dps is lower. But cleans now have larger cooldowns, and since physical damage is weaker and everyone is running condis the spam is larger than before.

Condi application has been nerfed in several ways (e.g. condi scourge has been deleted).Might generation (increases condi damage) has been nerfed.Most condi amulets are hybrid amulets - the condi damage was only part of the overall damage and not that significant as you might think on its own.Expertise (condi duration) amulets have been removed.

How do you come to the conclusion that condis are untouched?

peeps die to bleed, see 30k in the deathrecap, and think you just farted 30k bleeds out of nowhere, but in reality you hit them with 25 different attacks to get that 30k:D
