What are the Best Converters or Gobblers?

Hello!

I'm getting inundated with the ascended materials, and I see there are a bunch of possible gobblers or converters to make use of the stuff. Because there are so many, I'm a unsure which ones to try and pursue. I have a Star of Gratitude I've been using on my Empyreal Fragments, but need to get one for Bloodstone Dust and Dragonite Ore.

Which ones are the best? And by the best, I mean some balance between give semi-useful stuff, and difficulty/cost to acquire the gobbler. I've heard that Mawdrey is a big pain to craft, though a few of my characters do have her starter materials also clogging up their inventories.

Per fast farming EU you're better off making skyscale treats or ley line tools with bloodstone dust for profit.Similarly if you have the recipe unlocked toxic focusing crystals for empyreal fragments gives a higher payoff than fluctuating mass on average.
