Sounds like typical anet design, weird this games pvp is so barren, add trapper dh, scourge, core minionmancer, flamethrower scrapper and lastly imob ranger/druid and u have one hell of a well designed game haha. Honestly if I were anets higher ups I'd let the design and balance team go, black list em and hire a whole new team.
