24 - Cowrie bag, is it possible to upgrade later to 28 - slot Cowrie bag after been used?

As are being asked in tittle.

When Cowrie bag will be equipped on another character, is it possible to make it accountbound again? That way I can move it back to my crafter or are am I forced to wait until I will have enough Gold for Supreme Rune of Holding to upgrade it to 28 - slot version?

No it gets bound the that character.
So if that one dont have the craft aswell equip it in the crafter untill you got the 32 slot one.

All the 24-28 bags are soulbound on use except for the boreal bags and any 32 slot ones.
