Dervish? [SPOILERS]

I cannot remember where, but I recall someone implying that we would find out what happened to the Dervishes?

If that is true, can someone point me to the place where we found that out?

That would be further south, on the Isle of Istan (Kamadan, that area), I assume. You will most likely have to wait for the next Living World content.

My possibly shoddy memory recalls something about that info being in the expansion however.

I also remember reading sth similar about dervishes... Maybe it was Black Lion Daily Herald? Anyway, I'm sad that there are no references to paragons and dervishes in PoF (at least I didn't encounter any). :(

The sunspears from my understanding are the paragons.

I think the sunspears were based on paragon ideology, but in no way were paragons limited to being sunspears, nor sunspears being limited to paragons (didn't we speak to or learn about a paragon who was a monk?)

Even in GW1, sunspears were not limited to being Paragons, nor were all Paragons sunspears. There were Paragons among the ranks of the Kournan army and the various other factions in Nightfall, and everyone who actually payed attention to details knows that Koss was a Sunspear and he was a Warrior not a Paragon.
