Items can come and go at any time. We've got 11 more days of the March sale to go and as far as I remember the Crystalline Wings haven't made an appearance yet so it's possible they'll come back in the next few days.If not then it's hard to say when it will be, but the latest I'd expect to see them is August when they do the bi-annual swap of 'summer' and 'winter' items.
