I think this was in the beginning the system they had but decided to change it I also see this a problem because over time condi dmg became extremely burst like and when you have multiply builds which are condi based in a team there is no way you can clean them away from the perspective of the opposite team. This was one of the bad fesign decisions of the HoT team like the confusing CC bar If an Enginner casted a 850 burn per sec - (max damage -Rabid Amulet)on a target and then the Guardian would try to apply his burn , it wouldnt work .Only 1 burn could exist on the target (the one that did the most damage)Like the current regeneratrion

I wouldnt have problem if Condition Damage is Reduced ......But the person affected by them , their attacks are randomized/change position/even if some attacks-spells go in other weapons or utilities , in order to create a mentaly meyhemand slow down their combo burstsThey cleansed ALLof them ? Fine .. Have an other random rotation :)
  3. Evade incoming attacks + Superspeed doesnt sound too bad :P :PPPP Or each time they want to stealth , a numerous amount of Bamboos will show up in their schreen in various location . By left clicking it , they teleport to it and get 0.5 sec stealth , rise and repeat like a anoying ninja . Trying to find the nearest bamboo to hit the player .Or teleport in the bamboo behind him , and see him wastes dodges Or use mini - teleportations with a shadowly figure (0.3 sec stealth) or the Kindread auto attack mechanic from the dispicable LoL . The more teleports is the span of 3 sec(stealth duration) = more damage in the next hit Or try to use the old Blind effect (your schreen get darker-like a horor movie and add some pixelated moving shadowly objects to comfuse the player-till he is attacked) , rather than the theif going into perma stealth (effect all enemie targets in a 3000 area-just by using Cloak and Dagger in 1 player) Edit: The thief can keep his perma stealth , but does lower damage in his openenr is the enemy have a Utility Spell in CD (either after a battle , or volunterarly to avoid the oponer of the thief) , leaving him as a more ''soft target'' for an other players to manage .(decaper+killing berseker targets+ ppl stab themselft (sucrifusing their utility) = theif job description) But yeah a more acceptable idea , would be the ulti from Fiona from LoL (its the most costless idea)
  4. 1) Flying mount with bombs and lasers 2) Each zerg commander after a victory , emits a debuff aura that lowers each player Power by 100 (stack up to 10x , with each win battle) (call it battle sickness or euxhastion) => return to your base to remove the debuff and give a chance the enemies to regroup , or simply move on .Or step down and allow a different commander to lead ( he can follow the stealthy/stepped down Major commander , but with each win the zerg Power is increased but Toughness is lowered (foolish bloodthirthy commander)) c) The system chooses a player to be the Ringbearer , that player emits an aura that offers +50 stats to the zerg + 15% increase damage to siege weapons . He can trade the ring to other players , but he gets 1 silver every 1 min for keeping it (no1 knows you have the ring) .If he manages to capture the enemy objective while holding it , he gets rewards and theres a chance to surrender/''loose'' the Ring for the oponents to use .If he participated and killed 5 opponents in the last 10 min (he was among the zerg ) the enemie team that kills him gets 100 server points.If the domind server keeps domminated , all the rings soon they will be on the loosers d) The commander can see each enemy feet sourounded by green/blue/yellow circle .Green the enemy have used their healing . Red = have used 2 utilities . Yellow =they have eqiped a rnged weapon and havent died for a while and get 3000 k extra damage in the next hit(once) from meele weapons ......CHARGE THAT PIRATESHIP ! Or the commander starts shouting , sucrifising his heal+3 utilities , emitting Vunlubility to the nearby Opponents constantly .And his team8s (after the shout) , can get random boons by sucfrifice their healing slot , yelling ''I WILL DESTROY YA ALL''
  5. oi!f2p accounts need a safe aegisjust like a protection aura + regen amulet for 100 pvp games or reaching 1500+ rating edit:nvm they cant get mounts :(
  6. +1 ! 1) And allow each Roamer to equip a ''becon'' that :a) Disturb the map/yell chat with some ''pink grafity'' like Scarlet's messages (and later on some1 else stole it and inmplanted on Jinx...) .b) Show on the minimapc) Selfdamage if more than 3 ppl are around.That way Roamers have a role , rather than picking on stranglers only. 2) Put some npcs is various map locations , that allows you to buy an item for 1,5 silver from A-NPC and sell it for a difference price in B-NCP , or try to cmombine it with a second item from C-NCP and sell it to D-NPC for huge amount of silver (of mount-bazzoka) . If the D-NPC has too many items , the reward money is reduced , and you must find another formula/path. Or any other ingame currency - but contribute to the server score
