  1. It's better to slap a -15% healing reduction icon (on the UI-healing spell is not affected) , like Smite does now in it's characters (different balance from conquest and non-conquest maps) . And make Shouts in general remove a Condition (+ another from Sholder amulet) . Bladesworn survibility will be reduced (or stay the same with increase condition removal) , while Berseker will get a buff (^-^). Plz make Berseker immune to Weakness if he has Rampager (or Berseker amulet) . For roleplay 😛
  2. Which they wont know , if it will be improved . People playing for 10 hours and then getting back in their other games , they will instantly miss it or leave them with a strong impression to try again GW2 in the future . We must always think about the future . This(edit: there could be a "bug" that offers increase dash) + the core Strikes + some more "festival community-events" + creating solo-openWorld-bosses-random encounters-Bloodborn were the player +npc goes invisible and both are "tendered" to a pole (so they cannot escape) , will go a long way to make core game exciting. Edit: nvm scratch core Strikes . Too much drama
  3. First the skill of the pets were on passive , then we could manually cast it , then we can que it up again to be passive . WThell ! About spirits , yeah i liked the "bugged form" . They could create "invisible" sphere around your character , that apply the spirit boons/heal (each with his own hp(circullar hp bar or like Mario-star-shapped)) and the actual spirits are like a placibo effects at the sideline Or make Banners > Javelins for extra ranged attacks and the boons comes from you or any target between get the quickness , like Shield from Mesmer ?. Picking it up reduce the cd , but quickness have an internal cd
  4. The 10 hour trial , is a preview of what the game can offer (in it's best form). Lure them to buy the expanion (PoF). If they buy EoD , they will get the "core mount"
  5. People all over the internet are talking about the GW2 mounts . If we present to them without the impoved leap , then the onwer of the trial account will simply try it and scoffed it off for being mislead by the overzealous fans . The goal is to entice people to buy the expansion . Or when they try core game and find it lacking and goes back to their previous mmos , they will always remember that sexy mobility . When they buy the expanion (PoF), we let the "improved form" to run out it's course and then we slap them with the core mount and tell them to "lvl it up" by doing events

  8. Slap some "inisible" stat reduction for 80 lvl players around core open World bosses(because they benefit from multiply Burning stacks) and reduce the HP of the bosses , for the rest of the community to enjoy
  9. Btw , currently with more ranged in the Tournaments , we see less bunkerish fights . Plz buff Warrior Rifle , or Longbow Edit: make Elemental Blast + Chaotic Release , 50% less transparent Edit2: Cloacks , looks very nice when the body is titled (equiping Longbow or 2-handed sword) , but otherwise looks like a very old game . Rotate the cloacks 10-15degrees on the left , so its looks un-even and more stylish like scarfs Edit3: Catalyst Phoenix + Water Horse animation , opacity 0.4
  10. Most likely the new game were green-lited by NCsoft rather than proposed by the Devs (reverse card this time) . When a company need money and a half-baked-pizza is sitting in the corner it will be a waste for be thrown . And we must look ahead in the future were people should stop crying about P2W at "specific" Asian Companies I wish WvW maps would get a slow update each 2 months . First replacing the floor with Summer grass > change the visual of Castle > Autumn grass > Keep and put a mechanic were Snow theres a chance to "freeze" the whole zerg vs zerg fight , or autumn wind , a chance to spawn gust of wind/toranto (bubble/projectile hate) between them

Ahh damm , and i wanted to propose an "in-between" the grandmasters traits (PvE only) , an extra trait where you are allowed to offer Quickness with Shoutwarior if you are 400 yards of the Boss(or commander) , and healing shouts if you are far away from it . Both effects are halved . Or the ratio is effected based on previous traits selection (PvE). (plz make the Rifle to do moar damage . i want to be a l33t dodge master . And Mending Might + Might Makes Right , have an internal cd ?)
  12. Are really PvPers/ WvWers going to benefit from the Boon distribution ? Are we going to see alacrity Revs , or Quickness Eles (with -10% damage penalty) or Warriors avoiding Healing Shouts (1300 healing) for aoe Quickness in pvp? Because as far i see this Boon distribution will make the "medium" PvE population to do more damage and don't feel exluded , while not effecting pvp . Imbalances and stacking the best classes will happen always in the "high end PvE" . High End people will always moan that their classes aren't doing enough dps and they feel that they dragging down their party members
  13. If its only for Core specs , i am ok with that . Or free-ing the healing slot and putting the Healing spell in a F5 slot , and free-ing the the Elite slot for a random spell . Or Cores can choose between 6x Grandmaster Traits (the UI in major and master is cluttered already)
  14. Hopefully they will delete it . And in the same time offer an alternate option for a different open world Legendary set . That way all the people will benefit and change stats on the fly

  17. Hm , i believe so . There might be people that find normal Strikes easy and Cm at the end of the spectrum , so for now Raids most likely will be used as the middle missing link . While the majority of the population will catch up later (8-14months) learning mechanics and hopefully facing non-huge-HP sponges like the 100 lvl Strike. If the Raid experiment wont take off , then they will join the slow slugs
  18. Bring your favorite class , rather than forcing yourself to bring Spotter/Spirits . (does this mean that Warriors can use Shouts or anything else ,for the first time?)
  19. I think that answers the question . People have found an advantage for world first (class that does more dps that the rest (thanks god we have Arkdps)) and the company reacted by equalizing things . Now , if WvW/PvPers eles need some buffs , they should ask them for the next 3-month patch
  20. You don't have to worry much . People , even with "echo' mode people wont volunteer t o start a group on their own + they won't knowthe "general consensus" of what "normal" instance the majority are doing afterwards (so they can wait in that specific lfg , rather than circling through dead space) Edit2: The system 15 min after login could offer the "echo' buff with a ticking clock that is lowered with each sec(extra rewards-FOR THAT PLAYER ONLY(if its like PvP tourmanets , more LI/KP groups will be created)) and last for 6 hours , it might motivate them to start a group as fast as possible, rather than wait . And to guide/funnel them in the next normal modes afterwards were the majority are ,guess what lure we can use again. Or we could use an automatically tool like in Warcraft or portable scrying pool

  22. What if we could used as an experiment ? We let the community vote in-game about a new mechanic called "By the people for the people ...Eagle! ". Where people are freely to use a new mechanic :( a) You must use a Template code for an Low requirement build , that has Exotic gear , or another link for Ach b) Utilities are free of your choice c) the system checks occasionally if you use this Template) With the goal , whoever wants to participate , he gets 1 LI (raid currecny) for whatever contents he wants to plays and he can unlocks the Raid set, without stepping on Raids ever , but has quadruple the LI needed . Edit: And if we want to make it more seductive , then we bent the rules and we only allow the DPSmetes for personal uses - no linking in the chat (FullMetal Alcemist -  The law of equivalent exchange) As a result , people across the game will increase their damage and people can get in their hands a long-term goal without content they don't like (if the damage increases ,so will be the health of the future bosses to keep the feeling of "danger clutch time" ? People will be forced to use SC builds then ? Or as Teapot said : some will carry the rest ? And in the future some casual will get bored and will want "more from their life" , replacing the 1st "burned" wave of people that carried them)
