  2. Gw2 Gonna pop up on Nerd Slayers Channel "Death of a Game" , with continuous disapproval from the community and favoritism to PvE players. Can we at least address the imbalance with necro life force generation? just made it 3 to 4% in pvp ? It's still insanely op in WvW. Lets talk about Soft CC's from NPCs in WvW that immob , stun and blind you constantly. Lets talk about Towers and sentry's marking you from a mile away which virtually makes stealth classes unplayable. does not take 4-6 weeks to address those changes. Mean while underwater combat still hits like a truck, but the last balance patch was suppose to normalize damage. I'm still able to hit 5-6k war claw dismounts on players. That's balanced? Please do not infracture my post and read what I am actually putting for once. And lets not forget there's virtually no cleave damage for downstate players, at least reduce the number of times a player can get up or reduce the downstate health. Dont know how many times i just had to sit there and watch someone get back up from a fight i was already outnumbered in cause someone could revive someone through my damage.

  5. If they do not have a Cooldown in WvW at least. I can see it being a minor problem (not really that big) if players who run out of combat can swap builds on the fly at the press of a button. Can make people swap to a counter spec build instantly and maybe even in zerg fights where a group will run to the back to swap to a different build to gain advantage. This is the only problem i can see with build templates in WvW if they do not have a cooldown.
  6. I do want to have a bigger discussion about the current state of the warclaw, but that's a separate topic. For now I'm trying to catch up with this thread, and we will definitely be keeping an eye on other threads moving forward. Ok well in that case.. Keep Lords / SMC and EBG in general need a revamp. They're working off old mechanics from a game that is 7 years old. When theres been a massive power creep added to the game since HoT. Lets talk about the rare instance of players being able to rally from Oakheart vines when they attack the vines that immobilize you. Random NPCS that exist in WvW for no reason like boars / deers that you can hit mistakenly and be caught in Combat for ever and a year. What about Sentry's that can mark you for 30 seconds and stealth players can not clear the mark even when they are a considerable distance away from said sentry. Why is it that a Sentry can mark you, but a tower can only mark you if you are in vicinity? Where is the consistency? We talking about balance you have to balance every aspect of WvW not just Class balance. Want to talk about class balance? Sure lets talk. You have gimmick builds like perma stealth condition builds (IE stealth condition build Dead eye) , where these builds aren't really big in zerg fights , they can render new players useless and make them not want to play the game mode because of these broken mechanics that exist. There isn't any fairness / explanation for new players to be introduced to this game mode. If you want to get people engaged in your game you have to at least explain what they're doing. Balancing a game mode is tough , i understand that but also you have to think about the new players coming into the game. Guild wars does not do a good job at explaining skills that do high ticks of damage and encourages people to just stand still and press 12345 with out even utilizing a dodge button. Theres too many builds that exist that are too tanky and do not require people to dodge out for high burst skills from a Berserker stat class. Balancing needs to add counter-play. Not all things need a counter play but some things like perma stealth builds do not need to exist. One thing that does not need counter play for example would be Mesmers Distort. You literally can not CC them or do anything until their Distort is up. This makes sense and does not need counter play, because that is the sole purpose of the class. Warrior at least has Endure pain but even still you can still CC them and apply conditions , theres the counter play. There is no real counter play to perma stealth unless 1, you have reveal.. which not all classes have access to or 2 you get lucky. And playing Dead eye you can remove reveal.. which defeats the whole purpose. So a condi thief can light you up with conditions in a half nano second and you're dead. No reaction time.

Can start by removing aegis when mounting up , make the lances for dismounting unblockable, remove instant finish war claw skill (superiour maul) , add a cooldown on remounting if you were killed and respawned ( to prevent people from coming out from spawn after just dying and contesting capture points infinitely) . Or just remove Warclaw in general. Thats how you can balance WvW right now.

Meanwhile as they add free content for players and add quality of life changes to the game with no monthly subscription... Just ungrateful forreal.   10. Mounts still affected by guards passive aegis and players runes ( durability runes/ health increase runes) . Can we at least get a hotfix on the lance and make it unblockable?

  13. You're evading. I never missed what you wrote. I even quoted it back at you. Headbutt will self stun you. You now get more deeps if you had stability up. You have ways of immediately negating this self stun: "Shake it Off!", Outrage, Savage Instinct, Balanced Stance, Stomp, etc. If you value a different utility, take SI, if you'd rather have Smash Brawler, take Outrage. You can even use BMode, THEN headbutt, and then use outrage for the extra 7 seconds of BMode. If anything you have more ways of using Headbutt than you did before, one that maximizes your dps, one that maximizes BMode Duration, one that reacts to CC and punishes your opponent, one that initiates your BMode quicker where as before it was a reactionary CC, BMode initiator, or BMode extender. Whether or not it also strips stab from an opponent in any of these cases is superfluous unless you have other CC with you, or a teammate with an unused CC waiting on your Headbutt to connect. K

The fact that there are still people that fail to understand something so simple is mind blowing. Yes but to me the fact that you have to take certain traits/extra skills to even make a single skill viable is just poor design. I mean to me the whole berserker design has been garbage since day one. I say it was good before they removed F1 forcing you to go into berserk mode when you hit max adrenaline. Also removing Adrenaline gain on Berserker Utilities was also a bad design choice too.

  16. you cant activate zerk mode while stunned unless you're running Savage instinct. then in turn would make your use of Outrage useless cause you aren't stunned. You're better off running the other utilities in PvP because their is so much CC and condition builds, it makes outrage useless. You're probably better off running Shake it off cause it has ammo and 5 second CD (50 second recharge)

This wasn't the topic of the post bro... Yet, the topic also moved to Headbutt+Outrage and Anet pushing trait/skill combos bro. You are completely ignoring part of the conversation. Headbutt will self stun you. Either slot Savage Instinct, Outrage, or both and use it as intended. If you don't want to use it as intended, then stop complaining about how it works as intended. Anet also just gave you extra damage at the start of your spike if you choose to use it, so use it. Also, you are aware that shattering blow isn't what is stunning you right? For the love of God learn to read...
