  1. I noticed the "Commemorative Dragon Pinata" home instance node isn't available at the vendor in Lions Arch either. Which pretty much made me rage when I found out. What's the point of a "Festival Rewards Vendor" if you're not going to make the "Festival Rewards" available at the vendor???
  2. How is it that we used to have greater map populations at launch than we do today? All that's occurred over 8 years is a constant erosion of map populations and world populations. Neither of which make the game more fun. In fact, the population reductions make the game less fun.
  3. That is what the players and guilds formed naturally since the beginning and even today. Originally it was JQ, BG, and either one of SOS, TC, YB in 3rd place of T1. Then we had a fight tier in T2 that people transferred to an enjoyed as they didn't want the pressure of constant PPT'ing in T1. The other tiers were diminishing levels of population. Right now, we don't have the population for more than 4 tiers, 3 would be far more active. You can keep the 4th if you want a purely wilderness tier. btw.. individuals transferring is not what demolished server communities, its the Guilds transferring and stacking that demolish communities. Now you can't even form communities with linking constantly tearing them apart.
  4. It's going to turn out badly! Simply for the fact that the game mode should be based around a large open community of equal players like Worlds, not a guilds. If not then I'd rather just have an EOTM color scheme and no guild tags flown at all. For tiers, there should be just 3 designed around population and play style as PPT / Fight / Roaming. The world populations need to be raised way up again as it was at launch. There should be more freedom of movement as the Worlds should be free or extremely low cost for transfers. The game mode needs to be freed from all these constraints and manipulation of the developers. We can all see these world population labels, locks, and links, are bogus and the injustice of it all enrages the players.
  5. Every match is a blowout in NA that's not worth playing. Why Devs??? Why would you cause this with such linking?
  6. That's just flat illogical and frankly ridiculous. Being able to "get back 2x as fast as before" made fights BETTER!!!!! It's an MMO with Worlds fighting, that should be a MASSIVE amount of players which requires fast rearrangement times. For the complaints about the stomp utility, they should get rid of downstate completely. The modes WAY more fun when people die more often.
  7. btw... to follow your suggestion would cost 30K gold or $1,530 U.S. Not to mention all the grind in game play for currency tokens.That's a flat no! Soloing two guild halls for WvW was enough of grinding for me. Only to have WvW collapse and be left for dead by the developers anyway.
  8. That's not an accepted fix at all!!! I would not have bought the glyph with the currently nerfed functionality. The glyph as purchased made the daily grind faster which brought it to an acceptable level of time investment.The more and more tokens and currencies they've added has just made the game a bore.GW2 simply isn't worth the time investment any more.That's why I've pretty much stopped playing the past two months.Beyond feeling cheated by the developers over selling an item and then removing functionality.
  9. Logged in to see if it's been fixed and it's STILL not working as purchased. It's two months later ANET!Can't believe you'd rather create such ill will between us instead of fixing something that should be simple.
  10. How is this not fixed 6 weeks later?!?!?!?!Come on Dev's, you're losing player's on this. The Glyph of Reaping has to work in all Home Instances, it's what we paid for!Do whatever you have to do to isolate the garden plots or Ascended materials.
  11. Still not fixed and basically still not playing. Even with the new episode I basically finished the story on one account and haven't played since.

The large gaping issue is that you cannot harvest in a home instance unless you're the instance owner.This is complete bull kitten for those who paid for a fully stocked home instance, multiple accounts, and multiple glyph's to do just that. I don't even care about the garden plots and 500 cooking, it's that it's disabled across the entire home instance is the real issue.

  17. I'd like skins for minions too! I'd also like an entire change to the feel of Necro and get away from the blood gore ghoul whatever. We are scholars educated in life force, lets have a change to where we're light sided shaman's or Valkyries with ghostly spirit minions or other magical minions. Just more variety after 7 years please??????
  18. I bought 24 of them to use and this is an unacceptable change. Except for logging in to one account to do the story, I haven't been playing much at all. That's how big of a deal breaker this is to me.

The Glyph of Reaping works again in WvW and Guild Halls.Now, all you have to do is get them working in home instances again for those who are NOT the instance owner.I bought these to be able to run my accounts thru my home instance.If you want to disable them from working on the Garden Plots, that's fine for now. But, the Glyph should work on everything else in my home instance.It's my accounts, running thru my home instance, and it should darn well work! If I would have know this was going to cost me the ability to use the Glyph of Reaping, I wouldn't have ever bought Garden plots or bothered with lvl 500 cooking.
  20. On the new patch it states as a ""bug fix"", "Disabled the Glyph of Reaping in instances for players who are not instance owners." THAT is unacceptable!!!!! I bought 24 of them when they first were introduced to use across characters and accounts in WVW, in my Guild Halls, and in my home instances.It's entirely unacceptable to have removed this function as they are WORTHLESS now.Restore their full functionality as that is what I purchased and they worked wonderfully.THEN fix specifically whatever is wrong from when you added lvl 500 Cooking. THAT is the JUST thing to do.
  21. You are 100% incorrect. For the first couple of years many of us played to win for our Worlds. That included organizing our worlds, having websites, having voice comms, fielding WvW commanders, even running events, dungeons, and champ trains in PvE too. When it all began to fail was when the importance of Worlds began to fade. Which was mostly a choice made by the devs with the Mega Server system. The dev's have made many mistakes since then. One being the catering to and elevating the importance of Guilds. Guilds are simply too unstable, inadequate, and ultimately incapable of shouldering a massively populated game mode like WvW was designed to be. That is why the mode continues to degrade further and further over the past 4 years.
