WTH anet the idea of GW 2 is that we have options to do what we want, i never skipped my dailly before, because daillies give nice rewards now i am forced to doing it because i am forced to make the new story to do a crappy bounty i dont even know where it comes from.... yea i am not forced to do the dailly but i want to do it, so my take is why is it that i have a dailly in the new expansion if i HAVENT EVEN STARTED IT YET... i dont want to go there and now i am being forced because i want to do other things then the blasted new expansion, and yes i already bought the expansion but the beauty behind gw 2 is nothing is locked behind content or hard to reach and setting a bounty as a freaking dailly on a new map i dont intend to go for is just taking the crap out of players.... this is starting to smell like WoW crap, finding a new mmorpg to focus on might be a good idea if this is how u intend to do things.

I will vouch for a few bits of this thread by extending STABILITY is gate keeping everything, due to the amount of stability some classes provides it completely excludes the ones that barely have any, now by no means i am saying to nerf the classes that have that much stab nor am i saying i have a solution but the problem is there, where stability seems to be the main factor decision to choose a support nowadays, i tried joiuning as a heal alac scourge in several strikes group but few groups let me do it because no stability, and yes i agree stability makes everything in sanely easier and faster due to not losing time dodging or with other annoying animations, but it also feels like its breaking end game in a way... like people complaint about the powercreep of dps, what about boons, whgere stability is literally that 1 boon factor that decides the best supports.. i seen groups kicking specific support for lacking stability, but anyway just a reminder that this is a big problem dont have a solution but at this point if u removed stability i couldnt care less, when people make a big deal of something and misuse it i see no reason to give them such a thing... but this is jus me...

As title suggest, since we are not getting more elite specs, any chance to add a few more equipement templates, i got a few gear setups i would wish to have saved because i use most of them in my necro, but i cant because not enough templates, so a few more be neat xD. Obviously this is just a sugestion, i am not even sure if other people would like it too, but i decided to do the thread because if enough people want it maybe anet will provide it for us xd!

I thought the fix was to bring scourge back to its ok dps not the support bit of it... the support side of the scourge has always been a freaking meme, powerfull, but barely anyone used it because aside from barrier it did not do that much, it gave barrier but not much of any other boons, or even heal just dmg prevention, but now it feels like they sacrificed the dps aspect of scourge to boost it as a support... i loved dps scourge, i dont like scourge as a support if i cant dps with it too... and harbringer sucks cuz we are literally locked with elixirs on the utility slots...
  7. I am aware of how much most specs underwater lack work from Anet, but my issue is that my underwater skill has been locked ever since i got to 80, the mech barrage...

Reaper buffs are nice, but reaper dmg before death perception got nerfed was already very bad, around the 34 k benchmark, meaning when they nerfed they simply destroyed a bad spec and made it worst, i was hoping to see death perception buffed to what it was, but guess not, and now with gravedigger not being spammable, and yea i did not enjoy it, but spamming the combo of the gs to reduced the cd of gravedigger don't think it'll be much better, i think the increase in the benchmark is so minimal that it feels like reaper is still just the same, we might get what 500 more dps out of this maybe 1k, our benchmark is ridiculously low, so this is just bad and tbh i like it they take it slow, but please there are classes that need way more and being slow only makes them frustrating to play, and nothing will make the players use those specs if they see the dps is still trash, like the reaper or dragonhunter, lucky DH seem to have gotten some nice changes i still say it was little to nothing, the only good change i saw in the reaps was the trait cd reduced of the internal cooldown of the chilling nova and the soul barbs, those are rly good if only we had gotten the old death perception back to what it was i think the spec would be in a good dps spot, a lot of other classes also needed more attention but i can only speak of these two since i dont know much about the others, i only see the benchmarks, not only that we still got harbringers utilities locked... which is crap, pure crap, i hate it so much....

I am a necro main regardless of all the crap the class currently is, i would also rate your build but tbh, there is no point, ill give you a piece of advice, take it with a hint of salt, or just ignore it, if you like the class because you like the aesthetics of it, or how it plays and you enjoying it, then never mind what else i say from here, if you looking to be competitive in end game content, necro is a waste of time, is it usable it has enough damage to clear all content yes, low but it is there, is it good as a competitor to other dpsers, gods no, reaper's damage is currently low, it works but it is still low compared to a lot of power classes, i wont speak of condi reaper cuz it is currently butchered, it has good utilities though, scourge is a mid tier condi dmg dealer, good utilities but thats it it is just mediocre, you can do good dmg with cleave, bring a ton of cc utility, but thats it there are just simply way to many condi dpses that do way to better damage, with the same amount of utility, maybe a bit less since scourge has space to switch utilities, but every other condi can also do the same, so just pure mediocrity, and harbringer... we are utility locked.... i would complaint about our survivability but due to the reinforce armor buff i dont think it is an issue, for players that manage, for beginners thats another story, but being utility locked is crap, and yes you could sacrifice dps to get some other utilities there, but the amount of dps you sacrifice.... necro is fun i love it, still use it in my strikes dailly, fractal cms and raiding, because i know the necro very well, if you can ignore that all 3 necro specs are just trashl overall, horrendously flawed, combinations of unproper design, bad development, and bad balancing, and being mediocre, thats fine, if not you got way better then necro. Conclusion if you find necro cool looking play it yes because it is, and thats all the class have at the moment we look good.

I don't get it so many classes have insanely broken gimmicks implemented in their specs, machinists got their insanely broken mech, they reverted the slb nerf back on one wolf pack, and gave it back some oftheir dmg, and i know some other classes got it good regardless of the nerfs, but reaper is nerf nerf nerf, and the confusing part we were never any close to being one of the top dpsers, not even in survivability we were optimal, against trash/normal mobs we manage, but mix elite/champions u always go scourge, i dont get it, why is the spec being targeted on so many nerfs when the spec was already bad before, even condi reaper got destroyed, its like, just remove the god danm spec if you hate it so much, god danm.... the worst thing is necromancer specs are still alll very ok but thats it they are just ok, we never have a single spec that overwhelms any others, not saying scourge sucks or doesnt do good but thats it we are always the good class we never have anything to be the best at... freaking ridiculous and tbh depressing how much of a ADASDAS design the whole necro is.... and how many years has it been since reaper was in a good spot, or scourge compared to a lot of the other classes, i know scourge was for a little bit... anet or whoever balances this crap, you re balancing team is WORST then World of WARCRAFTS balancing team, by far, you guys just can't do it.... and yea i am aware my post is somewhat an angry rant because it is, how much time does it take to balance a god danm class, how long do you have to leave underpowered specs to become more underpowered, its freaking ridiculous....

Like everyone is saying, normal trash monsters and veterans reaper is good because self quickness and a fair share of dmg mitigation for those mobs, mixing elites and champions nvm reaper, you're shroud will literally desappear, scourge is still a god tier solo class in most open world pve, you're much better of using scourge, as for harbringer, it's ok, but scourge is still superior.

So i was adjusting my build for heal firebrand and i noticed my concentration with my hfb is lacking when i switch between my staff and axe/shield, with my staff i am at 100%, with my axe/shield i am at 97.06, now i know it doesnt make much diference since the boon giving is still fine but i notice the lack of those 3% seem to come of from my shield not counting towards the stat distribution, can someone check this and see if the same happens or it is just a visual bug on the numbers.

Looking for a casual static just focused on clearing w1 to w7 every week, i also dont mind a few cms in between, though i never really completed them to often, i main a guardian now, mostly hfb or qfb, i never tanked before as a hfb before but willing to try it, i can raid at any time of the day or any day of the week, i also dont mind the progress of the static as long as they casually keep going for raiding every week (its ok if you havent done all of the wings or any cms) i am fine with it, also dont mind the number of days per week, also looking to do strikes, i did the first 2 cms, but since my old static died down, never got to go for the third one. Untamed was the last spec being developed, thats why it's guted, they had no time so they randomly came up with something, thats how it feels to me, ever since they stoped playing their own game they arent even aware of dps discranpacies between classes, and functionalities, the clunckiness of some of the classes like the hbg, or the fact for example that all RANGER specs are literally outplayed by every other class, druid gives 25 might, but so does mechanist, we give no quick or alac, soulbeast benchmark is subpar almost at the lvl of a supporter harbringer (quickness), and untamed, well untamed is the oposite of the guardian, the guardian is the sweet child of anet, ranger was the thing they dumpled on... sickening, this is world of warcraft balance standards, diping really low anet, really low...

So i was doing the Cold War Strike today ( 24 April 2022), and once we started the strike and engaged in combat all my ground targeting abilities were locked to my teammates, so instead of placing the ground targeting ability where my cursor was, it would lock on to a teammate and follow that teammate as if locked on, any1 knows what caused this or am i the only one that ever had this issue ?

Underwater fractal, was playing quickness cuz our support wasn't giving much of it so i went in quick to help out, we get to last boss in the underwater fractal and i noticed i cannot use my elixirs because they dont trigger on impact in my target, i have to target the ground.... any chance of designing it like the wells of the necro where they trigger close to my character, if not it'll mean elixirs underwater are USELESS! And i know underwater combat is undervalued, for good reason i mean, you built in your game a fighting enviroment, in this case underwater, and you simply leave it dry and boring with nothing special to it and broken at the same time, at least make the elixirs usable underwater...

Nop it has been here for years some people like myself, get disconected dozens of times in several living world storie chapters, its been hapening everywhere for a long time now never got adressed or fixed because the amount of people suffering from these dcs is a small demographic, so probably not worth fixing, or thats how they see it, the amount of tickets i opened for this issue is insane i kinda stoped caring now...
  22. Yep like all the previous stories i need to repeat the same chapter over and over to actually go past it cuz all i get is dcs as usuall..... its like this game is built on a house of cards....
