Apparently its bugged for some then. I got my skyscale over a year ago the old way. I do have the Skyscale of life achievement (OLD) Finished and I'm not able to complete the new one but others can. Wast of 30 min.

Spent two days coming and hitting the Chanel Fishing holes every Dusk to dawn. TWO DAYS can't count the number of casts or baits or lures to get a Taimen and have not got it. Id this fish bugged? it the info on wiki wrong? or what?

Now comes the other problem with locking content people pard for behind Strikes. If no one is running them Again A net had Taken payment, then withheld content. As the maps depopulate more and more will be without means to run the missions. Turtle should have been part of the story line as they made it seem it was going to be. I will hope they fix this before any more things come out. As it is now, I am not paying them for Anything more till they remove the Strikes from blocking Open World content, and as soon as I finish this content, I, like Many others have begun to, will be going to seek entertainment ells were. Sad, as I have loved this game since before HOT, and what use to be a really friendly and fun community, but A net has spoiled that. Cater to elitist play Get trolls every time.

Can't fault you there. Fact, most casual players are Working folks and some of us are handicapped or playing on PCs that are not top of the line. Many of us play to relax and spend time with family and friends in a fun environment and are not in big guilds with raid party mentality. Yet, We Paid For content that we now cannot have because we don't play to that extreme. Mighty close to Theft. Misrepresenting how we were going to get the turtle. Locking it behind content many are not able to do because either we can't or simply don't have the time to give to it. A-Net is dividing what till now was easily the closest community of any MMO.

Well, it's true. Perhaps they can hold off fixing it till the real Bugs are handled however. 🙂

I would like to see this as well. Wouldn't is be cool if one day you could walk a toon from one end of the continent to the other in an uninterrupted (No Skipping over un used portions of Map) trek. Could be an achievement, Call it the Gump Achievement after Forest who ran from one side of the US to the other. Just a thought :)

For my part, this hole Idea of Jormag making nice in any way reminds me of the Turtle and Scorpion. It may be that its intent is to survive but its nature will be to destroy no mater what. Even if it did buddy up with every one to defat Primordus it will then get an infusion of Magic as will Aurene but its Nature has fundamentally not changed as Aurenes has so its instinct will be to lash out, probably by making more Ice brood by force, mile thick sheets of ice over everything north of the equator and turning the Champion in to a finger puppet, where as our little buddy{Aurene} runs off and has a Dragon Melt down someplace ells, safe for the world. For my part I will plan for the worst, {Bring all my faverit toys and all my friends with there toys} Hope for the best, (Laugh about the hole thing while sipping mojitos on a beach under the shade of a palm tree as Jormag and Aurene lament her Mother over what ever the Dragons version of Rum and Beer shooters is). Just a thought.

So much RL Money, Time and Effort to get my toons where I like them, Time spent getting mounts, enjoying that content and So Excited about getting the new one, now this. 400 Jeweler, and so many days of Time gated stuff, no warnings, and the president was set how we got mounts before and now with out warning they do this,, No, Absolutely not. I fell betrayed and totally let down and my response is to remove the game from my PC and spend time in another game where Time gating is not the go to nrf of lazy deevs. This is demanding Way To Much compared to other mounts and its a deal barker. I'm so sad to have to leave the game but this type of thing must not be tolerated so I hope others will take this to heart and Leave in protest. I'm Out.
