Timers were already in the game before raids, just look at LS1, some of the world bosses were even rather impossible without organised maps which managed the mechanics and did enough dps too, so this wasn't an invention of raids. Some of the organised groups were even stricter than many raid groups. Enrage timers are also not only there to avoid 10 tanks kiting the boss till it dies of boredom, they are also there to to keep the fight at a reasonable lenght. Because when the fight is too long people loose concentration and it's also more likely to end in drama when the boss fails after a much longer fight. Is there any conirmation fpr 4k players banned because auf the templates, because I only found the statement of the lead GM, who statet that no one was banned for arc and all the drama was stirred up by a PvP-cheater with access to over 60 accounts which have been perma banned?

As shot itself is allowed, at least this word alone wasn't the problem. Because you mentioned a combination of warband + shot, which some NPCs use too, could this be the problem? Because afaik at least some of the more important NPC-names aren't allowed to be used by players.

This items are usually not available anymore, so they become some sort of collectibles, or are used to quickly move larger amounts of gold and also because some people like(d) to inflate their account value on gw2efficiency.

It's in the wintersday gifts for the first time and for such rare items it's hard to test the actual droprate, so it might or might not drop more frequent from the gift compared to ToT-bags and Zephyrite Boxes. Also it was reported that it can directly drop from the Bell Choir, so maybe this is also a large (in relation to the rarity) source?

It's not metioned at the entrance of the instance and they also avoided to call it a strike in other places like the patch notes, so I guess it's inteded and just a mistake in the blogpost. As it's the same for other Strike like instances which doesn't count e.g. Forging Steel and Dragon Storm.

Haven't tried it for the Dye Unlock, but I guess it would be the same as for the Wardrobe Unlocks, wich can't be used , if you have unlocked everything and also display a message to inform you.

Only the d3d9.dll would be in the bin64 folder, d3d11.dll would be in the main folder. Have you move the two files back, because this are files from the game, which might be needed to run .

The meta isn't there because it has no timer, it starts as soon as 10 people on the instance gather around the npc which starts the event chain.

You should get more core tyria mastery points. As every mastery point (one exception in HoT) is an achievment, you can open your achievment panel and look for all categories and achievments that show a red mastery point icon, if you have enough of them you can activate the masteries.

The problem is that outside of authorised retailers (can be found on Anets list) you often don't know where the keys come, there may be a bunch of sites which are rather trustworthy and just cheap because they get their keys from big sales etc. and there are the very shady ones which might not care, if the keys sold on their site "fell from a truck" or, if they were bought with stolen CC data. So outside of official retailers it's never 100% save. At first I would still try to get a refund from the keyseller, if they don't mention that you can't use the key for steam, they should at least provide a refund, if it's useless for you. Depending on the payment method you may also get a refund that way.

No, that's the responsibility of the reseller. Anet will only refund codes / gems that are directly bought from them (refund policy: https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us/articles/201862768-Refunds)

Just to rule out the usual problem after updates - are you using arcdps or any other third party tools?

Are you really sure it's the same account? If you used your steam login it's actually not the same one, as the old one (if it's multiple years old) can't be a steam account and Anet and Steam accounts are two different things. Ord did you use -provider Portal to launch the non Steam version?

You need to do at least the minimum for the event to count, as soon as you get the event reward (gold, silver or bronze) it should also count for the achievment. At least it has worked this way for me.

Yes and nearly all of them are relics from the start of the game. How many race locked items have been added later? I can currently only think of three and that are the charr helmets from the IBS. In the end it just comes down to the question, if the additional work to create more different skins that can only be used by one race would bring more profit. My guess is on no, otherwise we would have seen more race locked items in the last years.

Why don't you just buy the seeds for asc on the tp, it's still by far the best that you can plant in your garden plot, if you want it to pay off?

Oh then I understood it wrong, I thought it was only the common problem with the neverending circle on the page for the support tickets because of blocked scripts and not that the whole support site doesn't work for you.
