I haven't been able to get the game to run since -dx9 was disabled. Tried everything I could find out there and everything Support told me to do. They eventually hit me with "we're investigating" and to keep checking the website for more info. You need to send a report ticket to the tech team, open a ticket and copy paste your crash error , your Dxdiag, and i would find and relevant error in event viewer under application and copy paste them also. It will help to know what your pc system is running on. Do you have anything like arcdps blish taco radial reshade etc. Open your gw2 folder and open debug copy and paste that in your report.
