I play Sylvari so don't get into the cosmetic items that aren't related to plants. Does anyone have any idea when it might be appearing? Showed up Feb 2021 and August 2020. With as long as I've been playing, its hard to be active at the right time and place to get it for those 2 weeks when it becomes available.
