Except literally everything points to that not happening. I wouldn't be surprised at its DPS being even lower come launch.

Tbh everything points to none of the elites getting fixed, let's not forget willbender and harbinger both also took DPS nerfs which belted them far below what is considered good DPS. 

That's the issue with 0 communication. Theres nothing showing the changes they're making so we have no idea if the same points still need critizing. Under such measurements we are basically on a 50/50 coin flip of if we don't or do get what we asked for. With 0 time to provide feedback based on the changes they have made. 

Remember all the screeching over the catalyst changes? Screeching how it does nothing? Moments before a 55k DPS bench was shown. 

That's the thing. 

It rly doesn't take alot to cause a few modifiers to go insane and total something like that up. 

Here's the thing, I can either wind myself up with negativity. Or wait 2 weeks and find out, I've bought the expansion, unless they've already reworked virtuoso and haven't told us, nothing we say now will mechanically change it and tbh always being negative is draining.

on a Source, i dont know where he got the information from, Mukluk did say something about somewhere a Anet dev did state that All the Elites have undergone Massive changes since their last beta viewing, just to add.

i cant personally validate that. but that is a Anet partner so i doubt can outright lie about what anet has and hasnt said, they've done too many interviews with content creators and things for me to realistically localise where this could have been stated. If thats to be beleived at all, that would include virtuoso.

Ofcourse again. to what extent of improvement that'll bring, If its widened the flexibility of the specc or made it competitive at all past basic PvE Balance potiental cannot be determined, as far as im aware nothings been shown in regards to what they would even intend to change. So that statement alone could be taken negatively or positively as of current but anet dont seem to want to share what they're doing with elites til likely the day before the expansion when they drop the patch notes coming with the expansion.

which could be taken negatively in extents of simply not wanting to sway peoples preordering the expansion if they arent confident in the balancing coming with EoD Launch

Massive changes....lol i sure hope they dont mean the banner rework or what they were saying about giving more boon diversity as called "massive changes".

That would be nice, sadly Anet don't like to communicate that much 

I get why they don't, because player response to number changes on a page tend to be drastically negative (we go back to the catalyst example here) and unless you know how to read them, your likely going to spread misinformation which will lead to severe response. 

But at the same time... They could atleast give us a oversight of what they intend to change, what they feel needs improving and what do they intend to strengthen. 

If a Dev came out and stated "we feel from beta testing, virtuosos shatters are not performing as high as expected" that would give player knowledge that it's going to be buffed confirmed without handing over numbers and tuning for the player view.

I think Anet shoot themselves in the foot with not communicating like this to players

Nah those aren't due on EoD launch that's summer 2022 patch and tbh only a segment that patch is susposed to be a major rebalancing of current elites aswell. 

Those banner changes were susposed to come at EoD launch but were delayed. 

I think they just wanted to confirm the fact it's happening rather a hint to what the patch is about though. 

Looking at EoD speccs compared to HoTs and PoFs however I'm expecting to see almost all the current elites get nerfed however.

What do you expect every expansion that the new elite specialisation are better than the last two at every game mode. Damage numbers are not everything in pve and pvp.

Yeah expecting the dps elite spec to actually do damage is obscene, I hope Anet calls the police and has these people arrested.

That is where you are correct damage numbers are not everything in pve and pvp but if virtuoso has no damage to back it up what else does it have?

I bet you can't even answer that but here let me answer it for you.
