Balance Patch i hope to see one day. Update: Added some Explanations.

Strength

  • Body Blow
    • Increased Bleeding Stacks to 5.
  • Berserkers Power
    • Stacks are now gained per Adrenaline Bar spend.

Arms

  • Deep Strikes
    • Now gives 180 Ferocity in addition to the Condition Damage.
  • Furious: Switches place with Bloodlust. 
    •  Critical hits grant Adrenaline.
  • Bloodlust: Switches place with Furious.
    • You have a chance to inflict bleeding on critical hits, and bleeds that you apply last longer.
    • Critical hits grant a stacking condition damage effect.
  • Burst Precision
    • In addition to its previous effect, you know gain 100% Critchance for 1 second for each Adrenaline Bar spend.

Explanation: Arms needs to be better for Power Dmg. Making the Adrenalin on Crit an Minor Trait helps everyone, while putting the Effect of Bloodlust+ Furious onto the Gm Trait means Condi Builds lose nothing. Arms also should enable a precisionless Build. Something thats already halve there.

If i would give Arms an identity it would be:  Precisionless Builds  / Condi Builds  / Solo friendly Power Build.

The last part is also somewhat there already with Signets and Dualwield. It simply needs improvements.

Defense

  • Adrenal Health
    • Stacks are now gained per Adrenaline Bar spend.

Tactic

  • Marching Order
    • Reduced Cooldown to 8 Seconds.
    • Increased Mights Stacks to 5.
  • Soldies Comfort
    • Removed.
    • Replaced by Doubled Standards.
    • Switched place with Empowered Allies.
  • Empowered Allies
    • Switched place with Soldies Comfort/Doubled Standards.
  • Doubled Standards
    • Quickness on drop removed.
    • Banners now grant these Boons on drop:
      • Strength: Vigor for 10 Seconds. ( 5 Seconds in PvP)
      • Discipline: Swiftness for 15 Seconds.
      • Tactic:  Resolution for 5 Seconds. ( 2 Seconds in PvP)
      • Defense: Protection for 5 Seconds. ( 2 Seconds in PvP)
  • Mending Might
    • Now also heals allies. 35/25 (0.01) Healing. (Pve/ Wvw+Pvp)
  • Phalanx Strength
    • Might Duration increased to 10 Seconds.
    • Every 10 Stacks of Might to an ally, that ally gets Quickness with a duration of 5 Seconds.
  • Martial Cadence
    • Replaced by Powerful Synergy
    • Powerful Synergy triggers all Combo Finisher twice and gives a Damage Increase of 2% for 15 Seconds. Max Stacks 10.

Explanation: Perma Quickness should not be something Warrior gets for free. As we see the problem with Stacking Bladesworn with Martial Cadance. Making Quickness tied to Might Share means Warrior has to invest Traits/Skill to enable the build.  Boon support also needs to be more focused into one place to create more build diversity.

For clarity:  Double Standart is a Master Trait, while Empowered Allies is a Adept Trait. Reason is that i hate it when there are 2 Traits in the same Tier that needs a very specific condition to have an effect. If the Banner trait would be a Adept Trait, we had Warhorn + Banner in the same slot. If you dont run either, you have 2 useless traits.

 

Discipline

  • Crackshot
    • All effects, except Cooldown reduction, baseline.
    • Renamed to Heavy Ammo Pack ( Or something ammo related)
    • Added effect: Increases Max Ammo on all ranged Weapons by 1.
  • Vengful Return
    • Replaced by Thrill of Victory.
    • Effect: Gain health and Adrenaline whenever you kill an foe.  450(0.1) Healing and 5 Adrenalin. Cooldown of 2 seconds.
  • Double Standards
    • Replaced by Flourish.
    • Effect: Burst Skills recharge your Weapon Skills by 1 Seconds. Cooldown of 7 Seconds.
  • Heightened Focus
    • Increased Quickness Duration to 4 Seconds.
    • Added effect: 20% Increased Damage against target below 50% health.
  • Burst Mastery
    • Increase Swiftness Duration to 8 Seconds. (Pve Only)

Explanation: Remove useless Traits. Nobody wants useless Traits.  Also, the Master Tier needs a Dps Trait. If you dont run Banners, there is nothing usefull here for PvE.

 

Utility Skills

  • "Fear Me!" 
    • Replaced by "Watch Yourself!"
    • Effect: Allies Gain Barrier and Resolution.
    • Barrier: 3000 (0.2)
    • Resolution: 3 Seconds.
    • Cooldown: 30 Seconds.
  • "On my Mark!"
    • Now Reveals foes around the Target. 240 Radius.
  • Signet of Rage
    • Added effect: Adrenaline now dont degenerates outside of Combat.

Explanation: Fear me is useless and we need a second support shout (ignoring To the Limit) to enable a supportive playstyle with Shout Heal.

Rifle

  • Fierce Shot
    • Reduced Casttime to 0.5 Seconds.
  • Volley
    • Reduced Casttime to 1.5 Seconds.
  • Brutal Shot
    • Now Dodges at the same time and the Shot.
  • Rifle Butt
    • Now is a Leap with 300 Range.
  • Kill Shot
    • Rooting removed.

Weapons

  • Longbow
    • Fan of Fire is now an Ammo Skill.  2 Ammo.
    • Combustion Shot now ticks every Second.
    • Damage of both skills reduces accordingly.

Mace

  • Pommel Bash
    • Now is a Leap with 300 Range.
  • Counterblow
    • Now Blocks for the Full Duration.
    • Flipover skill is now the Counterblow.
    • Gain Adrenaline for attacks blocked.
  • Tremor
    • The Second part is now a Cone Attack.
    • Projectile part removed.

Hammer

  • Fierce Blow
    • Bug fixed. Extra Damage now works on defiant foes.

Sword

  • Flurry
    • Rooting removed
    • Now applies Immobilize on every hit. 0.5 Duration.
    • Casttime reduced to 2 Seconds.

Greatsword

  • Hundret Blades
    • Rooting removed
    • Casttime reduced to 2.5 Seconds.

Hey, the changes are a little too sweeping to really provide any proper feedback about specifics, but I want to push back a little about trying to make Arms support a Power playstyle. Right now, you see Power Warrior builds Running Tactics or Defense as their traitline of choice. Put another way:
Strength supports a Power playstyle with competitive DPS modifiers.
Defense supports a Power playstyle with competitive DPS modifiers.
Tactics supports a Power playstyle with competitive DPS modifiers.
Discipline supports a Power playstyle with competitive DPS modifiers Berserker being forced to use it to generate Adrenaline.

That's literally 4/5 core Traitlines that support power, damage-oriented playstyles. I think for a more holistic approach to the development of all aspects of Warrior, we should be thinking about what OTHER aspects of Warrior our traitlines can support (than power oriented damage). 

Personally, I think the revamped Defense tree is an amazing example to take reference from as it supports Damage, Sustain, and interesting (and fun!) Adrenaline gain QOL options.
