Does anyone know where do I need to go for the Horn of Maguuma vista?

They possibly meant Heart of Maguuma, which are the HoT maps and Bloodstone Fen.

Yeah, Horn of Maguuma is the area where the new expansion maps are located.

So if you have a daily requiring you to go there, the only option is to start the expac story to get there, use a tp to friend (can just join a lfg group that is on one of the expac maps and tp to one of the party members) or if you don't wanna spoil yourself with expac story or even what the maps look like, skip the daily - also means you miss out on the 4/4 daily reward chest. Hope they'll change it cause my friend doesn't want to be forced into expac maps when he's not there yet with the story, but for now that's how it is.
