The Wiki is your friend. 😉 https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Woodland_Cascades A part of Woodland Cascades is part of the open world map Drizzlewood Coast https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Drizzlewood_Coast and some other part of Woodland Cascades is not an open world map, but a raid instance you enter from the aerodrome in Lions Arch. Sometimes, after a raid is done, players announce this in the LFG and then you can join the group and enter the cleared map.
