The balance you should be aiming for is people laughing when there are wild claims. Once you start getting trains of agreement it's probably over. You nerf its counter build(s) Vindi is giving a lot of builds problems but the one everybody needs to watch out for is untamed. These will be uncontrollable after vindi nerfs. For example, another possibility is more mesmers showing up when vindi goes down.
