No. You measure a Deadeye's dps using a rifle, not two daggers. The rifle does superior damage compared to daggers. Why don't you look at the facts and see who's really wrong. Snow Crows fabricated the result for the Deadeye's DPS by having the thief dps with only the autoattack #1 ability.

Look at the two videos from SC. The player spammed the #4 button the entire fight.

Do you understand what SC did in the video to get 32k DPS on the Deadeye? The had the guy kneeled, than pressed #1 to start the autofire, than spammed #4 (Sniper's Cover) to make it look like the test was legit while covering up the fact that the thief was only DPSing using only autofire #1.

The test was grossly fabricated. Don't believe me? Go log onto your thief and check #4 yourself or ask your friends in game. Sniper's Cover does no damage except places a barrier in front of the thief using 4 initiatives. Thier tests on the other classes are no better. You need to stop pushing a deceitful and unrealiable website.

As I said, make better dps and post video. Let us see you use all skills on thief. After deadeye rework this rifle rotation is worthless anyways.

They - Snow Crows - is not testing. They're manipulating the numbers on the classes producing fake results. An no, the Deadeye's dps using a rifle is still superior to daggers even after the patch. I tested it already. Plus they used the wrong build. You can tell by the initiatives.

I got a better idea. Why don't you go make a thief, level him to 80, go get all your hero points and spec Deadeye. Kneel and press #3 instead of #4 and see for yourself.

Yeah and did you noticed in the Feb video, the DPS number is higher than SC's new result after the patch by a fraction of a hair as posted by the OP? Big change huh? Ain't it hilarious!

In case you didn't know, pressing #4 over #3 has always been the wrong choice before and after the patch.

Wasnt skill 4 on rifle DJ before rework? That would explain the spam, but none of it matters now since DJ is stealth attack.

you know the 4 skill of rifle was death's judgement at the time of that 1st vid right? Rifle 4 becoming sniper's cover was only recent
