SoftFootpaws.9134 Posted February 17, 2018 Share Posted February 17, 2018 The nature of the #6 (heal skill) on Ventari's tablet means that it can be used to hit the internal ICD of any runeset because it has no real cooldown on its own, so you can get permaswift to you and your group with Centaur runes, though they need a physical build to add to your damage output.And yes, the irony is not lost on me.
