So from my test

 

it's inaf 90% boon duration to perm quicknes while your on alac boon

Problem is like you not overdo quicknes, your like 1-2s to lose quickness 

 

75% if you use Medic Gyro insted of Med kit

 

 

Big problem is if you use Functional gyro to rezz, your team will lose quickness

And insted of Barrier give us 3s Quickness on using heal skill

 

 

Also for 5ppl play 

 

It culd be nice to add 2s aoe fury on HGH trait https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/HGH

 

that way you wuld proc it 4 times means 8*100%=16s of fury on 100% boon dura

 

and 16+16s from runes of pack means 32s 

 

Experimental Turrets can be ok in raids but in 5ppl play if you chose Turret insted of Elixir Gun, you will not able to upkeep 25might (you losing 6 aoe might)

 

you can't change bulwark gyro or your team will not have stab

 

you can't change blast gyro or you will not have might and quickness for a team

I ran a couple of tests so far, just to figure out what is needed to maintain perma-quickness for a group:

 

Perma Group-Quickness (A)

Using 4 Gyros: Medic, Blast, Shredder/Purge and Bulwark

Scrapper: 1-3-2

Boonduration: 63 %

 

Use everything off-cooldown. All four Gyros, Bypass Coating (Blast Gyro Toolbelt) and Function Gyro

You end up with 2-3 seconds buffer.

Perma Group-Quickness (B)

Using 3 Gyros: Blast, Shredder/Bulwark/Purge, Sneak Gyro

Medkit + Elixir Gun

 

Tools: 3-1-3

Alchemy: 3-1-2

Scrapper: 1-3-2

 

Boonduration: ~ 80 %

 

Use everything of cooldown and dodge when possible. This reduces the cooldown of Sneak Gyro. There is room for improvisation and mistakes, but not much. However, this option allows the community-favored cleanse option via EG & POP + Medkit = more healer friendly.

Both tested with slefbuffs only in PvE. Golem may grant better results and with Alacrity, you may need a lower value of Boonduration.

Don't use it in PvE guys. You have 5 skills only to share quickness (and some barriers, superspeed, stab but in tour rotation not on demand) with cast-time and cd-off.

If you want your utility gyro for stab/rez you have to wait for the CD, same for the bulwark mitigation; or if you  need some burst heal/cleanse in a risky moment, you interrupt your rotation, lose quickness uptime or lose "scholar uptime", lose seconds to heal/rez, thing like that.

 

In theory, with the 16-20sec CD and the heal machine you are anyway, it really doesn't matter.

But we all know that in practice, with a potential lack of alacrity in group, with the fact you don't share enough fury/might, some mistake in rotation over time, with the slight distrust we can have in others gear/build... We will just use FB or Chrono, more boons/utilities, more convenient, safer ...

That what will happens. We're all looking for cheesy builds in the confidence threshold on others players and our own convenience, not pin point builds that others classes already do better.

 

If we had 3sec instead of 2sec, or a skill in core/scrapper spec to pulsee superspeed,  initially share quickness; we could save an utility skill for something else and/or for more flexibility. But for now ...

Just replace https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Expert_Examination for https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Recovery_Matrix and insted of barrier give use 3s Quickness

 

That will alow us upkeep quicknes like you can with medic gyro with yet much lower boon duration as cd of bandage self is lower, and 3s from heal will be adional 6s with 100% boon dura

 

So F1 alone wuld give 4+6=10s of quickness (100% boon dura)
