Delete Drown State (not down)

Better underwater fights was almost the biggest upside of no downstate. 

 

Let's delete the underwater downstate. 

 

This thread is only for discussions about underwater downstate. Not land downstate, there's plenty of those.

It could be fun to make it permanent underwater as an incentive to get people to do fights there more. Keep land a bunkerfest but balance water to be more edge of the seat power based.

Underwater downstate could be fine. Underwater skill sets and downed skills should probably get adjusted more at some point if the expansion or future content has more underwater activity, unless we're stuck with the same maps forever where underwater doesn't matter much outside a few spots. If there's no plans to have us underwater more then ya, might as well scrap that feature if it doesn't factor into a fight more than taking time.

You're not thinking far enough. Thr solution to the problem is to add a drownstate.

 

As in, you run into deep water and you drown because Humans are bookahs that think its easy even though they never done it, Charr are so furry they get weighed down and Norn are too proud to admit they cant swim. Asurans would just walk around.

Plants cant drown, they just aimlessly float around there. So cant have a drownstate.
