make Sigil of Energy 10% passive endurance regen

swapping weapons for DPS is super boring! i want a second weapon set! Please change sigil of energy to do passive endurance regen! :(

I assume this is a pve request? I'm not sure how nerfing it would benefit pve?

Swapping weapons is boring but you'd rather have a passive effect on it? Is that more exciting?

Swapping the same weaponset i guess.

Engineer and Elementalist change weapons without changing weapons. Base necro and reaper too.

It's fine as it is.

That would be a nerf to the sigil. You would be losing 5 endurance in that time interval at the very minimum. In some scenarios it just becomes useless because of endurance regen cap. It also reduces the amount of burst that can be achieved. It also makes it less interesting for non-DPS uses.
