adding my +1 to this issue.... all daily/weekly/specials done and its still showing the icon for a reward to pick up..... its seriously messing with my ocd having that icon on constantly.

was just coming to the forums to see if anyone else experienced this... guess its not just me! Completed it as well and no AA reward.. now its not even a selection on the special list.

Seems as though my current guild is on its last breath.... so I'm looking for a new place to call home. I'm a vet player from back in the gw1 days.... mainly do OW PVE, AP hunting and running around in wvw working on my last set of leg. armor. I am active in the evenings (EST) and sometimes during the day pending on my schedule.... Really don't need much out of a guild, just looking for a more active group to hang with and have no issues helping out newer folks. If you think I'd be a decent fit, I'd love an invite 🙂 cheers!

Finished off all I could catch until the new map comes... and this was a very very annoying one to work on.... the fact there is only 1 node per type on the Skywatch map sure did make it a monumental chore to get the ones needed. Took me 2 full real days of only fishing to get them all. And here I thought the dawn/dusk fish were annoying to catch lol

Got this done yesterday after noticing a LFG group posting.. joined them and we had 10-15 players all working together to get it done.. you can see several circles ahead and had people leapfrogging ahead to make sure they were all covered....made for easy work. trying this solo? yeah don't bother, will just leave you frustrated!

The Great Jungle worm boss is the only wurm that has given me any of the required meat pieces. I gave up killing any other wurms as it was just a waste of time. I figured this was designed just to be a time-gate and only the boss worms (triple trouble ones as well) were the ones who dropped it.

Yet another daily that is broken and doesnt work. Does anet even test these things before they push it on us? Getting pretty annoyed with all these broken events as dailies. They really dont want us to earn the max reward each day

I agree with Vares.... I really wanted to hate this expac... but the more I play, the more I like it. Yes, there is some stuff that I really dislike (Relics and the many many obvious gold sinks introduced.), but over all I liked this one waaaaay better then EoD.

I really wish they would just make both GoE and GoB tradable... at least the 14 of so GoE and half stack of GoB in my storage would be put to more use then just taking up space. I enjoy both mapping and wvw so they just sorta build up...... I would love to be able to help my newer guildmates out by saving them the frustration of getting both of those, something they complain a lot about. I don't care to make "big gold" from them either cause currently they are all but worthless to me as I have full legendary weapons done *shrug*

Wow, the selfish entitlement of some folks shows no bounds. As a vet from the start of gw1, I absolutely love that my newer guildies can get stuff to make their enjoyment of the game easier without having to grind themselves to death ( which in my experience is something that pushing folks to leave the game.) So you dont speak for me at all here. And YOU should really give your ego a kitten shake... cause you are coming across as a royal clown atm

rifts are basically DRM's a tad shorter and named something else... its the same sort of grind. Dull, boring and unimaginative to say the least. I am already bored to tears with them.

Found out what the problem is.... I was working on my 2nd character through the story, while working on Zojja's Journal... Since my character hadnt completed the story up to chapter 7... Zojja wasnt there. Once I completed the story she was where she was supposed to be! So if anyone is having issues with handing in this achievement, either complete story on the character you are on.. or load up the first toon you completed the story with to hand it in 🙂

She should be... but she is not. Its obviously bugged at the moment. She is not in the room at all, nor is she in Wizards Tower at all, spent almost 2 hours searching every square inch of the zone before I gave up to work on other things

As the title states.. I am trying to turn in the Journal to Zojja to complete the collections and I can't find Zojja anywhere.... have spent the last hour and a half looking around Wizard's tower... she's all but disappeared. No one in map chat is responding... so I guess I will ask here... Does anyone know where Zojja is?

Can't log in here either.... game was working fine earlier today. Seems the weekly Tues. update done borked things up a bit. Here's hoping for a speedy fix!

Keep your expectations low, that way you wont be too upset then they do release the bday gift this year. They have really dropped the ball on bdays the last couple years

I too have issues with this... colours over-saturated regardless of what suggested adjustments made. The over-saturation literally triggers my migraines so really makes playing the game next to impossible. This has nothing to do with my computer as this system was just purchased a couple months ago. Gw2 is the only game that is giving me issues, so the problem lies with the game and the terrible choices the devs made pushing this through. Are they trying to get people to quit the game? its really the only reason I can see why they keep making these terrible decisions. I had zero issues running the ~dx9, but now the game looks like kitten.

You have to do it for every weapon. so if you made the axe version, you only get that skin unlocked. have to repeat the process each time for each weapon/variant.

Can confirm you will get another one... I am maxed at 29 slots now with the new one that was added after pre-purchasing the expansion. Not sure if they are increasing the amount anymore.. but you will get one extra at least

I am similar to this but I also have the runecrafter salvage kit so my list goes as follows: 1. Copper Fed Salvage tool : white and blue items 2. Runecrafter's Salvage Tool: Green items (sometimes yellow items depending on how lazy I am) 3. Silver Fed Salvage tool: Yellow Items 4. Black Lion Salvage: Exotics and only if I want a specific rune/sigil from it, if not then I usually sell the item on the TP 5. Ascended Salvage is pretty self-explanatory I should also state, I do not care about getting the most returns and gold when I salvage stuff... I am at a point in the game where gold isn't much of a worry or concern... so if I lose some gold using a specific salvage kit I really don't care too much... So if you are doing this as a way to boost your returns efficiently then my system will not be ideal.

As someone stated in another thread... add a shortcut to gw2.exe right click on the shortcut then properties on target add -dx9 (e.g. ../...../Guild Wars 2\Gw2-64.exe" -dx9) then start the game from that shortcut This seemed to work for me, not sure how long it will last, but its better then not playing cause the game look like garbage otherwise

I'm also finding this.. game looks terrible now, even after adjusting all the settings (yes postprocessing is turned off)... the insane contrast is really bothering my eyes, and a huge step backwards imo.

I am mainly a solo player as well.... I went the route of wvw as you don't need to find a group or deal with the drama that can come from raid groups..... the only real down fall is it takes a loooooong time to grind away the skirmish tickets if you don't have any due to the weekly cap. Best option is to pick the game mode you enjoy playing the most, really doesn't seem like a lot of work if you are having fun playing the game while grinding away

I would be fine with just the ability to preview the infusions... seems really lacking that you can't especially with the cost involved with many of them. I would be completely fine if they wasted resource time on something like this. Great suggestion!
