  1. I read through all these useless whinings about "SP being OP", and how it can "1v2" or even "1v3", while in reality all I see in the games and the videos that spellbreaker is great at one thing: running away from the enemy. It has unmatched skills to flee, using various weapons (dagger2, GS3 and GS5, etc..) and skills (Bull Rush, since you can't land it anyway vs good players, it's only use I ever see is sprinting away, etc.. meanwhile fire up Full Counter to live). Every 1v2 you see, the spellbreaker uses every possible tools in their arsenal to flee and get the heck out of the spot. This is a great tactic in ranked games because you can rotate faster than proper classes who were made for fighting other players. But as I see, people have problem even with that: warrior shouldn't be able to even flee, the class should be just a free food for every class... NO! We have the rights to run away 99% of the time and no, you can't catch us! Live with it!
  2. OP just link the posts from other class threads where you are whining for similar nerfs for other classes that outperform spellbreaker by far.
  3. Screw your kitten ideas of "nerfing", we finally have a slight chance to 1v1 some suckers after 5 years of suffering kitten and you immediately cry for nerf? How about nerfing your other kitten classes that still kill me in less than 2 seconds passively if I don't pay 10000% attention for a nanosecond?
  4. You want to provide feedback/idea that will then added to other classes once again? No thanks, not again, this "patch" was my last straw.
  5. Welcome to warrior OP 🙂 the most mind numbingly nerfed crappy profession of this game. You can have relative success with this build in lower brackets: http://gw2skills.net/editor/?PKwEE6MssA2FDjtxKxRaa9pD-zZoPjqVB5LB85A The only requisite is that you need at least 1 player in your team who can do damage lol... just one and then this build quite nicely compliments it. You basically keep your team buffed and cc free with warhorn, switch to GS for doing damage when you can (or to escape) and use Axe #3 on fleeing ppl. Use Fear when other team tries to stomp or doing some big focused skill. Dodge roll out of nasty stuff on the ground. Use Great Justice at the start of the fight, then rotate the shouts accordingly as your team loses hitpoints. You can have some success with 1v1 even, but quite hard to finish off anyone since you can't prevent them from escape. Oh and use the Sigil elite for selfhealing as well. You should be good to go until Gold with this.
  6. Gunsaber #1 - 2nd step of the chain should provide Might, similar to dagger Gunsaber #4 - this skill should provide condi cleanse, based on the number of targets you hit with the skill (ie. you hit 3 targets then 3 condi cleansed) Gunsaber #5 - this skill should hit on the target, not create explosions behind (like some bad fart) Elite skill - this should have a secondary effect for non-shout builds, ie. "if the skill did not recharge any ammo then do X" Dragon Trigger #1 - increase damage in PvP massively Dragon Trigger #2 - rework to anything else Dragon Trigger #3 - rework to anything else Dragon Trigger #5 - increase the distance of the teleport
  7. You have to understand while your opinion is much respected and you have every right to express it, you do a crapton of harm to both the class and the game with this. Due to your small knowledge and lack of understanding how the class works, you are giving the false impression to the developers that the class is "fine". Imagine the internal dev meeting at ANET HQ, they are discussing the beta feedback and they can cite and point to your feedback as "see, some players like it, it's not so bad". It's everyone's responsibility to not share information about classes they have no clue about, you should stick to the feedback of the class you play as your main and have much more experience with, there you have a very valuable and important feedback. Don't get me wrong, nothing personal, but its because of players/feedback like you why the whole warrior class is at the rock bottom in pvp. Don't do the same with this elite spec please.
  8. Maybe check that other topic in this forum first, where they demonstrate with a video that bladesworn class mechanic is completely shut down with... jumping 😂
  9. omg haha this is the pinnacle of game development right here
  10. (PVP) Not only core burst, but your simple axe #1 autoattack does more dps on a heavy golem than your 5-bullets-charged dragon slash... I mean what the heck 🙂
  11. Result of my testings in PVP_only: - Total lack of boons (might) and condi cleanse (without a full shout build) makes this spec very weak in PvP. It also means that Tactics is a mandatory trait line (for shouts, else you die in 1 second in any situation), so as Strength for might generation, basically you can't select any other trait line for pvp, its more pigeonholed than previously the Discipline requirement. - Gunsaber #1 skill autoattack chain should provide some boons, possibly Might on the 2nd step of the chain. Damage should be slightly improved as well. - Gunsaber #2 is ok imho - Gunsaber #3 is ok imho - Gunsaber #4 should have condi cleanse: remove a condition per target you hit with it? this would help a lot with this spec's sustain - Gunsaber #5 this skill is bugged or something, I couldn't hit anyone (or anything, not even the target golem) with it, character just dashes through with zero effect - Dragon Trigger #1 needs a significant increase in damage, it's very lackluster - Dragon Trigger #2 pointless skill really, very clunky, barely hits, weak damage, no reason to use it - Dragon Trigger #3 this was totally useless for me, but maybe I just need more practice with the range/aim here... - Dragon Trigger #4 is ok I think, it has it's use - Dragon Trigger #5 the tiny teleport is pointless, I tested it out and you can't teleport out from a standing still necro's hitbox... lol 🙂 - The heal skill is pretty awesome, my favorite part of the class so far - Utility skills are mostly useless, might as well just remove them, you won't be able to slot anything else but shouts or stances anyway... 1 good utility skill is the Flow Stabilizer, that's good and useful - The Elite skill is pretty awesome for a shout heal build, completely useless for anything else.. I don't know if this is good or bad, but if I have to decide I'd keep it because at least this way it has one really powerful use - Pistol skills are very weak, not sure what's the fuss about them, I mean supertiny range and push me away from melee? why? 🙂 and the damage of 5 is tiny for the cost of I kite myself away from my target that I have to glue to... really wtf moments here... both shield, warhorn, axe offhand and greatsword are lightyears better options than the pistol OH, at least in PvP mode +1: - Weapon swap mechanic is very unintuitive this way, it should work for the normal weapon swap button and then activate Dragon Trigger with F1.
  12. Lately I'm playing str/tac/sb and using the warhorn instead of the shield - not missing discipline at all, at least for now 🙂
  13. I can see my future: sitting in many bushes and behind boxes for a long time and charging the dragon trigger!
  14. To balance it out, "active" stances would eat up your adrenaline (so you have an active stance where your character puts their concentration and focus, but then you can't do burst! good balance imho), kinda like with other class and their depleting class resources on active stuffs.
  15. This always saddens me as the moment Rytlock respecced from warrior to revenant marked the moment of neglection and fall of the warrior class 😞
