  3. Stealth, constant immobilization, superspeed, long range high dps, stability, evasion, blocking...think necros could share in any of that? Please look into ancient seeds, trait is more broken then nerf hammer fav chill or scrounge ever was/.
  4. LOL/ Just recently worked the signets into a great roam build which I was enjoying. Now as always when I make a build, Anet (in the voice of Gritta Thunbarf) says "HOW DARE YOU". We'll just give u a barrier that degrades faster then a peaceful protest and make it so u need to be in shroud to fully use a trait. Also it seems that there might be other nerfs as well, Anet just wont tell us about them. Might try a condi build now, will have to see what other classes got.
  5. I only saw Lich used once ina veryyy long time. I admit that as I was not expecting it I lost, but next time I melted them. Lich was decent at first but after nerfs it isn't. Maybe those complaining it needs nerfed or removed should just git gud.
  6. Right now it seems a signet build with zerker/soldier trait gear is the best. My win/loss ratio roaming is like 1 loss out of every dozen fights 1v1...if that much.
  7. Actually sounds like you have been doing WvW wrong, or at least missing an aspect of the game that is extremely more immersive then zerging. I play defense/roaming with occasional guild rallies. My fun is derived from conquering and holding an objective nd like so many other defenders on HoD I put a lot into it, knowing that the longer I can hold the more points HoD gets.. It is very satisfying when you can get a tower sieged up and defend it till it gets T3. Also along with the Tower you must defend the camps and yaks which makes for a lot of PvP play. But I guess full immersion isn't for everyone, Thank God HoD has an abundance of roamers/defenders. I think the best.

  9. Yes It is time. I always felt that the old upgrade system added more gameplay, felt kinda useless for awhile after the switch. Also lets find a way to more closer tie the clamim guild to the objective, maybe special tactics which can only be used by the claiming guild.

  11. Core necro has been my main for a long time for climbing back to plat. The number of people who went "HAHA CORE NECRO PLZ UNINSTALL" then proceeded to get stomped by instant 16 boon corrupt, 50k effective HP pool on top of 25 vulner and threatening dmg is astounding. The core power corrupt necro is even more powerful against holo / fb cancer. You can literally just stand and eat all their CC then turn all their boons against themselves every second for the next 3 minutes. 50 thousand hit points? instant 16 boon corrupt? Sorry not seeing how u get 50 thousand hit points, unless u are counting shroud, and never counted how many boon corrupts u can get. On a side note anyone playing condi check out the thorn runes. Plus 300 condi damage seems to be quite a boost, no other rune set comes close save for undead but still lacks
  12. I think it would add to the gaming experience. When they switched to auto upgrades it took away some fun play that required strategic thinking and a lot of physical activity
  13. Modeled after the old system where u paid for upgrade then it was built, using supply as it upgraded. Instead of coin upgrades would be triggered by players donating an experience based currency to the objective, with members of the claiming guild getting bonus to the donations. Once the fund is capped, upgrades proceed. Also if workers killed upgrade stalls.
  14. maybe need to return to the old system of paying for upgrades and orkers building as supply comes in, maybe use a WvW currency for the upgrades. Also buff the npcs
  15. For it being a such a powerful skill it's a wonder that it has not been used in a meta. I tried it a number of times but it's short range and high cooldown made it worthless. Anet is very good at balancing, I'm sure they could rework this to be useful.
  16. I think a look should be taken at the elite skill Reaper of Grenth. This is one skill which has very good potential but due to it's very short range and high cooldown no one uses it.
  17. Mesmers spam clones hiding behind them, stealth, heal massively, and burst ya down. Seems like it would be boring playing one.
  18. Had a vid posted by my guild which transferred to SF awhile ago, of all the times they focused me. Loved it, wish it was still on youtube. Maybe I will post one of my defeats, which after recent balances seems to happen frequently.
  19. Both Tower and Keep Lords on DBL can easily be solo'ed and from my observation groups take them out with minimal effort. Alpine Keep Lords seem the Strongest. I would be in favor of making all npc stronger especially the support guards/scouts and other lower rank npc. But seeing as Iron Guard tactics were taken from camps due to them being too hard to solo with it, it's doubtful it will happen. Used to be guards would rezz fallen players, wonder why that was changed.

Necrotic Traversal ,Plague Signe, Spectral Armor ,Spectral Walk ,Well of Power , "You Are All Weaklings!" ,Trail of AnguishNecro has as many speed traits and speed skills as any class . Signet of the Locust and Quickening ThirstNecro has plenty healing in the form of Life LeechAlso necros have more condi removal than any class .Stop playing the Meta necro and trait properly then you will survive better. Life leech huh?How much is that coefficient again? Each life steal heals for a specific amount. Some life steals scale off of healing power while others don't. There are plenty of necro skills and traits that do this Put something in healing and spec your build accordingly . As I said stop expecting others to carry you and build for more self reliance. Hmmmm.. could you please post your build.
  21. I would be in favor of a huge damage nerf and removal of chill, in exchange for corrupting all boons and a cooldown reduction for each boon corrupted. Boon removal and chill are the reasons I use it , it counters all these roam builds which rely on spamming boons.

  23. Not sure what to make of this discussion, is it to be satire or true crying about nothing. Meh I still love roaming, amd defending, als being a Zergling every now and then'( altho I am always off tag it seems). WvW is by far the best game mode and GW2 the bestest game.
  24. That would make their Scribe process obsolete.. Or at least less needed. Though as a scribe, the only things I craft are siege weapons No more so then including tactics/improvements as an option for the chest, would just create less wasted uses for the rewards chests. I already destroy a majority of the blueprints as I must go thru 30 or so to get an improvement/tactic that is actually used. See how often Iron Guards is spawned from the chests and you will understand. Plus as you say siege is about all I craft and for personal use I buy most of mine, actually cheaper at times.
