  1. Then either your high on drugs or you have selective vison the WORST. By far The most common build i SEE in wvw are MACE rangers usually druid sometimes untamed followed by WIllbinders. Seriously if your roaming at least 6 or 7 of 10 fights will be one of those two. Mace ranger is busted to hell if you cannot see that i do not know what to tell you.
  2. Oh look its a Wilbinder player that still manges to die. Please try playing that pistol blind spam thief your complaining about. You will near instant die to any reveal.
  3. The boon spam is just ridiculous and i think its one of the biggest problems in wvw that makes the game so NOT fun. Even if you play a dedicated boon strip build you cannot possibly remove all the boons from these boon spamming healing bunker builds that still somehow do crazy damage. Just as there needs to be a way for players to counter play against stealth there needs to be some sort of counter play to the boon spamming nonsense.
  4. I love they had time to "fix" the range thing but not enough time to fix all the other problems with glitches in the axe skills. Mind blowing.
  5. I dont button mash. Though occasionally I double cast and thats annoying and fine ill accept it. but with axe and the cast times being so long its way to easy to do especially if you are someone new to the game you will struggle losing initiative to stupidity. I can see that you missed the point of my comment about "cloake and dagger" your teleport is attched to the Same skill that is a delayed stike, depending on terrain it can be VERY delayed. This means that you have to wait to cast "Cloak and dagger" after you use axe 3 or it will pull you out of stealth. IF this was a short predictable delay it would be fine. BUT it is not. You can to wait to watch all your axes in case one is doing a rainbow over a non-existent pebble 900 range away and that one will pull you out of stealth after you HAVE waited and cast "cloak and dagger." My problem is that is a kitten design take makes it way harder then it should be to use your regular weapon skills.

    Axe and PVP

    The axe has some major problems and glitches in PVP. -The cast timesare to long makeing the weapon super clunky. -For deadeye sometimes malice is consumed on skill 3 for no reason -Axe 2 will complete its cast and play its animation but not throw projectiles when used after another skill. -Does not generate shroud appropriately for specter -A/D does not generate the appropriate malice.
  7. Okay Schimmi if then why cant I equip my weapon or even see the mastery? because clearly if it was ment to be account wide it is not functioning. It is not account wide.
  8. Yea you unlocked it awhile ago. If your trying to unlock after this patch good luck.
  9. Weapon master training is busted and not unlocking for characters just now playing through the story. I have played through it and unlocked weapon master no problem dureing mother of stars in an eariler patch. I am playing through the story on a different character after this last patch and i am far past the unlock point and still IT IS NOT UNLOCKING. This is extreamly annoying and really dissipointing. fix it.
  10. AXE is a MESS. Here are a few reasons why it is so terrible from a pvp perspective. I hate it - Still doesn't scale with malice for power which WHY? Or for that matter even consume malice because it glitched. -Still isent usable with specter due to initiative cost. Also they STILL do not generate shroud. - A/D still teleports you to the target so you can die even faster. Use "cloak and dagger" you say but wait that still doesn't work because the axes have a travel time and due to pathing it can be significant and it will PULL YOU STRAIGHT OUT OF STEALTH so you can die. - STILL does not track targets well. - Its slow, clunky and doesn't really do much damage and that's AFTER you have stacked axes (which have cast times) and then you use a whole other skill (that has a cast time.) Also it will RIP your Initiative and DO NOTHING if you press a button an extra time looking at you AXE 3. -Axe 3 still misses most stationary building class targets. - The AXE duel skill is a copy paste, actually it would be better if it WAS a copy paste (looking at you A/D forced death teleport). Point being its super lazy of Anet to make a skill like this that has no flavor what so ever between its offhand weapons. like we cant shoot them with the pistol on A/P or throw a dagger at them on A/D seriously? Nothing? These are all things the community brought up on this very forum and after months of who the hell knows what Anet was doing these problems are STILL HERE. I am so disappointed in this weapon and I am so disappointed in Anet that nothing was even fixed after all that time. Ridiculous.
  11. Thief in pvp is extreamly weak compared to the other classes. It is not okay there is no way to say that it is. the only thing you can do in pvp is backcap. thats it. If you think its good for combat you need to get on the class play some games against players who know what they are doing and see what happens to you.
  12. I first want to say that I have really enjoyed playing with the Axe. I think the Devs came up with something really for this weapon so I defiantly want to acknowledge that. However the Weapon the way it is now in the BETA test it needs a little more work. I feel overall the weapon is just a little to slow to do its damage have to go thorough all those long casts and stack the axes in the first place. The axe overall be it Condition or Power needs a little more payoff [Damage] and a little less ramp up. I also think across the board the innitive costs on the weapon are a little bit high especially the duel skill. There are also two big things that i think need to change: 1 The ambush skill with the AXE does not scale with malice for DE (power) builds. The damage componant of the axe ambush needs a way to scale with malice for power builds. 2 The axe dagger duel skill is not at all working. The axes being pulled back to your character and not the target makes it very hard to get any hits with the skill. Also the tool tip reads it says teleport behind the target and it does not do that. The teleport on the skill really doesent feel good to me being there you want to stay at range with the axe and to always be teleported to the target just dosent make sense to me. Beyond that I would really like to see the duel skills get a little more interesting. Maby incorporating the offhand like the currently existing ones do. Like for A/D in addtion to the current skill effects remove the teleport and have the imob come from a thrown dagger. or for the power version if the axes all land procing the imob the pistol will then automatically trigger an addtional direct damage shot. or something. All thats just ideas I do really like the mechanics for the weapon and I think ANET is deffitaly on to a really cool, fun and intersting weapon/playstyle.
  13. I was wondering how long it would take for me to see this here on the forums. I am the thief responsible for this masterpiece. The direct damage component of Relic of the Sunless is indeed overperforming.
  14. Ranger/souldbest is seriously over proforming. In ranked pvp is see not at all uncommon to see 4+ burst rangers in a game. The crazy damage combined with all the crazy defensives its nuts. Something has to be done about it.
  15. Are you out of your ever liveing mind? did you even read what you wrote? You want to take away the best offensive option for a class that has no DAMAGE REDUCTION or even offers anything valuable else to a team outside of decapping? Thief does damage and at the moment that is the ONLY thing it can do and way far and away from the best class at doing that. Iv read you anti-thief post and every single one is a incoherant mess that shows you have never played a thief or understand literally anything about the class. You need to take a seat a stop posting about what you very clearly do not understand.
  16. This is extreamly blatently anti thief. Thief is a class that relies on stealth to live. Yes they can do other things like doge and teleport but without stealth they will die becuase they HAVE NO DAMAGE REDUCTION/ARMOR. Anyone who dosent get that has never played a thief and does not have any business to be posting on a topic about thiefs. The end. So if they give a revealed relic to hard counter theifs then they need to give thiefs a relic to hard counter other classes like a relic that pierces all blocks and invulnerable and doges. Or a relic that stops other classes from doing with they are built to do like preventing ALL resource generation for 10 seconds. which sure id love both of those things. They would also need to give thief some type of damage reduction to surive without haveing stealth. Without that this would just be a huge thief only nerf to one of the already lest versitile and weakest classes in the game.
  17. No. Just no. Secrets of the obsure was not marketed as a year long arch where content would be dripped in every quarter. Dureing pre-order it was marketed as a full expansion just like they have done with all the previous box games. It wasent untill 1 month before the drop date that they went and said "Well, acutally the content of Secrets of the obsure will be driped into the game over the next year." The expansion was not advertised truthfully, the anet team decided to use deceptive, minipulative and predatory marketing tactics to convince people to buy their game. That is why there is a problem now. If they had been honest and just gone ahead and been honest about what their plans were I would not have pre-order i dont think alot of people would have honestly. So you cannot say im complaining about what i did not read becuase that information was NOT avalible untill months down the line.
  18. I EXTREAMLY regret pre-ordering the expansion. When the sold the pre-order then did not tell us that the weapons wouldn't even be involved in the expansion for another 6 moths. Like what is the point of the expansion then its not even a full product. I think that is so skeevy and greedy of them. The expansion that they advertised isent even a full product which they dident tell us untill just 1 month before release. Its such a rip off but what else do you expect from Anet they stay pulling kitten like this.
  19. Okay I know I am a little late to the party but it turns out Anet is pulling yet another Anet. I was really excited about SOTO but now I find out they aren't even dropping the weapons for another 3-6 months. I think that really kitten. That is so disappointing to me. There goes all of my excitement about the expansion. How are you gonna drop an expansion without its most anticipated feature? I pre-ordered the expansion back in the beginning and I would not have done that if I had known it wasn't even a complete product. What a joke.
  20. Here is my feedback: Secpter does not generate malice in deadeye spec. This needs to be fixed. Specter cannot make use of the new weapons because it lacks initiative to do any dame with them. this needs to be fixed. Rifle is useless outside of deadeye due to death judement doing way less damage without a marked target. This shouldent be.
  21. Useing "Twilight Combo" as a deadeye does not generate malice against a marked target. please fix this.
  22. Shadowmeld no longer removes revealed and got no buff to compensate. So what is the point of it? What is Anet thinking?
  23. The "bunny thumper" was a very well know and power build for PVP of Cantha. Regardless of if or if not you like or if or if not it makes you nostalgic it is still a wonderful little tribute to Cantha as it was a guild wars one. It even got lore. It absolutely deserves its place.
  24. I have a bug for venomous outburst. Sometimes when the pet ports for a not so far distance from the target rather then just stop it seems to cover the remaining distance of the teleport by going backwards towards its original starting point.
